Got a new PC with what is supposedly a 320Gb HD yet when I go into the list of drives it shows: Local Drive (C:) 283Gb Free of 298Gb Theres no other drives listed so its not partitioned so does anyone know where my other 22Gb has gone?

At home I have a wireless network where the main PC and 2 laptops connect and share. I've just bought and setup a new PC to replace my rather old one and Im connected to the network no bother ie I have Internet through the router but cant seem to see the network and view other PCs. Im now on Vista and cant find the usual way to set up the network.
