  1. Do you see BST in the list? *see what I mean? mongs the lot of em
  2. Fair enough Glenn so lets have a look then... Damien Duff, Paul Huntington, Obafemi Martins, Giuseppe Rossi, Antoine Sibierski, Olivier Bernard, Pavel Srnicek, Oguchi Onyewu hmmmm I would say that overall based on that list Glenn you are a fucking failure son. Martins being the only one out of that to look world class, Sib has been worth the "money" we paid but frankly he was a panic buy that nobody else wanted otherwise you wouldnt have waited til the 11th hour to sign him. The rest are failures (Pav excluded but frankly we should never have been in that position in the 1st place).
  3. go..... My Controls then down the left hand side, select Board Options from the Options section then change your time zone to "(GMT) Casablanca, Dublin, London, Lisbon, Monrovia" unless of course you live somewhere totally different then maybe you dont want to but each to their own and all that, Im not gonna get upset about it or owt *This public information post was brought to you by Toontastic admin, serving the mongs errr I mean posters since 2005.
  4. Unfortunately I cant play tomorrow lads but would be up for it next week onwards. Gateshead stadium sounds good like but otherwise anywhere will do me.
  5. who is SSW ?? SuperSimonWood Internet toon hardman
  6. Does anyone know what the rates are per income bracket? I haven't got a clue what I pay. For 2007/8 your personal tax allowance is £5225. You'll then get taxed 10% on the first 2,230 and 22% on any amount up to £34,600. Anything over that is charged at 40%. The 2p drop however has a sting in the tail, the 10% bracket has disappeared so (for the purposes of the example we'll assume the allowances are the same it will be: You'll get taxed 20% on any amount from £5,225 upto £34,600 and 40% on anything over that. So if you earned 10k in 2007/08 you would pay 10% on £2,230 and 22% on £2,545 = £782.90 In 2008/09 it works out at £955! So if you earn £10,000 per year you are fucked! You basically need to earn around 19k to break even on what you are paying now, looks like Gordon is deciding to tax the poor and give the middle classes a helping hand.
  7. *hides behind the sofa in terror* (although you shouldn't be able to understand it as he's talking rubbish, kinda like saying a car can only run on one brand of petrol or something.... although much much more ridculous than that - I honestly thought it was someone taking the piss, but now I dunno ) You are taking this faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar too seriously! I read it, understood it and realised the bloke was a nob but frankly I can understand why others a) couldnt be arsed to read it and b ) didnt understand it. I drive a car, I know it has an engine but if someone asked me why I couldnt use the clutch from a Mondeo in a Porsche I wouldnt have a clue and I wouldnt care.
  8. Cockend scenario - YES! Because the 'some poor twat' who gets smacked for nothing at all deserves someone who saw it happen to have the fucking balls to point out who did it. Do not get me started on this J69 didn't know it was for nothing, he pointed him out just for th sake of it. He's now changing his story to make it sound more reasonable. Innocent people will always get hurt for no reason, it's just one of them things. There's a time and place when you should interfere, basically if you know the facts or a bloke is hitting a woman, not when you don't know whats went on, as in J69's case. Oh thats alreet then, casualty of war and all that Would have done the same tbh, frankly even if I hadnt have seen the kid hit him I would have pointed out the rugby twat and said it was him for two reasons.. a ) it most probably was him and b ) he plays rugby so he deserves something. Are you seriously saying though that if you saw someone get smacked by someone else and the coppers turn up you wouldnt point him out just in case he had a reason to do it? if theres a good enough reason then Mr Plod is the one to decide tbh.

  15. Woodgate should be the first player we attempt to sign in summer. Can't wait to hear Leazes(I'm always right)mag's reaction to this news. We need strikers more than defenders do we? dont despair we will buy big next window bramble or woodgate butt or speed luque or chopra martins or kuyt boumsong or hughes dyer or jenas nzogbia or bellamy duff or robert siberski or shearer I havent got a clue what you're on about there? Are you saying that all the above are bad signings? ie having Sib down as a replacement for Shearer? Butt is a revelation tbh and far preferrable to Speed, Dyer or Jenas?????
