What if I'm thinking about buying a house but I don't know how much hassle it'll be to get it to how I want it? Buy a house with a loft conversion and a conservatory then you cant go wrong, or buy an apartment therefore the thoughts of converting the loft/ adding a conservatory are immaterial.
