No Marie Kondo shit, just keeping on top of things so that your relatives don't have to deal with it all at some point. There it is, sitting there, taking up space in what should be my little Fortress of Solitude. Too cumbersome for me to move without another couple of strapping lads and some specialist equipment. There's a documentary called Rise of the Synths that's narrated by John Carpenter, all about Synthwave music and the resurgence of that 80s sound. He did a show at the Tyne Theatre a few years back playing the soundtracks to all of his own movies live in stage with his son. One of the best gigs I've been to. Did a bit of local walking last weekend and was reminded of all the bridleways around the Monkseaton/Delaval area, and there will soon be a proper cycle path right down the N Tyneside coast. Used to commute/cycle to work from Monkseaton to Killingworth 30 year ago and always enjoyed cycling (despite being knocked off my bike 3 times in commuter days), but been a sedentary twat since, need to do something to get some exercise.
