Shirts were made by Umbro last season and JJB the year before. Aren't all these companies under Mike Ashley's umbrella? It would seem that Champion is either owned or in partnership with JJB, I went into the JJB shop in Norwich today and it was wall to wall with Champion clothing and trainers, much the same as with Lonsdale in Sports World stores. As I've just booked my travel lodge for the weekend however, I would be looking for two tickets, do you think they would let me get another seat next to my free ticket? I would imagine it's still going spare but you might want to wait a week or so until the apparent debacle over season tickets has died down a bit. The new strip is purple or maroon according to .com btw. It's been like that before and it might even have been their original strip repeated for their centenary year or something like that. I like the 'proper' stripes better though too.
