It seems that the judging panel was comprised of a former winner (obviously female) and the picture editor and photographer - both women also. Kind of funny when you think how odd that a national newspaper (that for all it is a fucking joke still has some weight - look at the fuss when it came out in support of Cameron) has something like page 3, you imagine it's just pervy old men that keep page 3 going.
