I don't get it! :blush:

BAGA was the gymnastic awards you used to have at school. Probably long since done away with but you used to get the posters on the walls of school gyms. Level 4 was the shittest. Basically you had to do a forward roll without looking like a spaz or something like that iirc.

EXERCISE

1. Jump from a box and show straddle shape before landing.

2. A Headstand with knees bent.

3. A Forward roll with gun fingers.

4. Frog balance.

5. Japana, flat back, chest to floor, legs at 90 degrees.

6. With partner, support a piked straddle shape.

7. Bunny jump from side to side moving along a bench.

8. Stag Leap.

9. Rotations around waist x 5 (Hoola Hoops)..

10. Jump upwards half turn.

When you have completed six of the ten exercises on the right, you will be eligible for Award Badge and Certificate 4

I did Football, rugby & rowing, none of this gymnastics shite ;)

 

There's nee way on this planet that Fyndoune even has a rugby team never mind a fucking rowing club! It's nee where near a river :lol:
