Highlights just how fucking abysmal we were in those games mind

Of all the teams that have spent a good amount of time in the top flight, they've been the worst, by most measures.

James McLean appearing on Football Focus has upset a few of them.He admitted a classy makem had pulled alongside him at traffic lights, wound his window down, and hockled at his car with his pregnant wife sitting alongside him.Don't worry James, the drink-driver and Monkeys Heed got the same treatment.

"Back in Derry I was just being me. Nobody cared. All of a sudden things I say are in the papers. I’m still the same person I am — I wouldn’t want to change. If you like it, you like it, and if you don’t, you don’t."

"It’s in the papers that I’m pro-IRA and the way it goes, if you see something in the paper you believe it whether it’s true or not. I’ve been very lucky with my managers, they’ve believed my side of the story."

"I’ve had death threats and I’ve had a lot of people see me as anti-British."

"I want to go on record here and say I’ve never been anti-British. There’s certain things that I don’t agree with, my beliefs, but I take people at face value."

"I’ve had a lot of death threats which started when I declared myself for the Republic. I played for Northern Ireland for the youth system — I never hid from the fact that I took advantage of that system to better myself but I never had aspirations to play for Northern Ireland."

"I was getting death threats for declaring for my country.

"I was coming back from one of the last games of the season, and like I usually do, I always take my home jersey home, because you never know who needs one or will ask for one. I gave it to a kid outside the stadium, and his father took it off him and threw it back at me. And then, on the way home, my car was stopped at traffic lights. So my car's here, and there's another car there [beside him]. The guy rolled down the window, and he spat at me, and drove off."

"My missus was in the car with me, and she was pregnant at the time. I was thinking, 'I'm about to bring a baby into the world, I don't need all this hassle'. I went to see Paolo [Di Canio] the next day, and said 'look, I think it's time I moved on', and I explained the situation."

 I see their still flying that tatty Feyenoord flag, meanwhile I bet the Feyenoord fans are distancing themselves from the twelve toed monsters. Edited by Howay

Mind I like how the mackems every time they've watched our games have went "the standard of the championship is shite", the level in this game is fucking appalling from both teams. Total fucking shite.
