As lots of us said in the Spyin Kop thread, like the Swansea game last year, Liverpool can pass it about all they want we can comfortably close angles. 70% of posession they've had for half an hour......Krul made 1 save.

...and we have had a couple of breaks that we could have done better from.

Nice time to get the goal (but what time isn't...).

They look like they should be better than they are, but some real show ponies in their side still lacking leadership and potency in the final third. Carrying a few players who aren't particularly good by the looks as well.

We've been pretty good since Anita went into midfield and Perch came off for Simpson. They dominated the early exchanges (as they often do against most teams at Anfield) but we've looked better as the half has gone and we've played some good passing football. Strikers aren't involved as much as we need them to be.

Liverpool are shite, this is here for the taking!

Horrible start but we've been decent in the last parts of the half. Got some sort of passing going and Cisse and Ba have been more involved than usual this season. And what a goal! HBA skinning two players on the wing before Cabaye provides a stunning finish. Also great to see Taylor back.

Hopefully we arent just going to sit back and wait for the counter now. That could be suicidal. You can see we have the technically better players, we can win this! :nufc:
