Rayvin 8367
What does "parsnip" mean in this context anyway. I assumed it was an RTG thing because they'd named a subforum after the vegatable that they most identify with on a personal level or something, but does it actually have some wider general meaning in forum cultures?

Howmanheyman 43957
I mean, it's Leeds v Everton so they're talking about arsenal which is a joke in itself, but they are and they're also NOT bothered how arsenal got on against the likes of actual teams in the top 6 these last few years but ARE bothered how they got on against a couple of teams who finished 15th and 17th because of course they are. Farcical supposedly football programme.
wykikitoon 28568
What's happened to Mainoo? I thought he was meant to be the next Paul Scholes? He had one decent game and the next thing we are told he is world class. Did Southgate destroy him too?

What’s the point. To be fair, it's a safe bet that the top four will be the usual suspects. Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City in some order. I blame you for clicking on a link that was 100% going to wind you up.

He desperately needed to move so he could get some coaching and improve from a talent to actually good. Then man u slapped something like an 80million price tag on him and now he'll be forgotten.
Holden McGroin 9910
Mainoo got in the England team purely because he had a Man Utd shirt on. He was nowhere near good enough. There is definitely talent in there but his positional play was awful at the time. Howe (or any good coach) could turn him into a good player.
Alex 42159
The amount of expectation it puts on these players too when they are overhyped and get international call ups so early is really unfair.

He did well when he got games for England. I don't think Amorim fancies him because he doesn't suit his system. I think he's very much a Willock type player in that he's canny shite at the defensive side of things.
Gemmill 63278
You've got to wonder about Amorim mind. He's so one-dimensional, and even that dimension hasn't been going great for him. I'll be very surprised if he's the bloke that turns their fortunes around. I wouldn't be surprised if Tight Jim is watching how Eddie Howe keeps getting us into the CL on relative peanuts, and stroking his scabby chin. wykikitoon 28568
I was listening to 606 for the first time in years on Sunday. It wasn't a bad listen tbf. There was a Man Urd fan who called up who said similar. He said they looked better going forward but still the same issues.
