Us and Chelsea apparently looking at Delap now that man u have failed to qualify for the CL. Chelsea are still a bit basket casey, though they've been better this season than last when it comes to squad management. Still, of those mentioned we'd undoubtedly be the best place for him to come to develop, whether thats sold to him above immediate cash is another matter as you've got to imagine chelsea will be offering higher wages.
