  1. Past hour
  2. As long as he’s happy to play second fiddle to Isak then he gives us another option off the bench.
  3. They were still there waiting decommissioning when I worked there in 2013 😆 Vanguard class are due for the chop soon, some Dreadnought class already in service I think..
  4. Long story, short version, had a visit on HMS Amazon in Devonport (1976) courtesy of the RN, on way out we passed a dry dock with one of the hunter killer nukes in it, fuck me, to see one out of the water, they are fucking huge and probably the missile boats are even bigger these days !!!!
  5. Not anymore he won’t. Zelensky gave Putin a proper spanking with their outstanding coordinated drone strike on Russia’s bomber fleet. Reading that many of the planes he destroyed can’t be replaced as they’re no longer in production, even parts for repair are rarer than a washed mackem. This is Zelensky today, shaking hands with Russia’s Head of Security Service and giving him a “fuck you” grin
  6. Good job we’ve got four then (no idea of their status tbh, they could all be in getting fixed at Devonport 😬)
  7. Well yes, 3 isn't enough, one at sea on patrol, one in port, one under maintenance, doesn't give you a lot of slack.
  8. Why not forget the whole thing then?
  9. Those orange and green stripes are best forgotten tbh
  10. Do that many nuclear subs really give us a significant strategic advantage over the 3 we already had? It can't all be aimed at Russia, they must be anticipating more of a global presence..
  11. No. He'll just lob a few missiles.
  12. Yep - but as with any hardware provider, they'll do everything they can to drive you to their own solutions.
  13. Russia barely managed to invade a country with a 10th of our military which is right next door they won't invade us.
  14. Today
  15. Aye it certainly wouldn’t have harmed to hoy in at least a nod to the orange and green stripes
  16. Talksport posting tweets that Inzaghi is speaking to Newcastle... Are they dumb?
  17. Actually that sound very similar to an experience I had at a restaurant called "El Treno" near York, next to the ECML. Its called " The Sidings" now, presumably new management. Grateful for trainspotting, I was like that lad from YouTube. But even that couldn't make up for seriously the worst service and food I've ever had in the UK. The pizza calzone just looked an anaemic dog turd. I told them I'd only pay for the drinks, which they agreed but were so fucking incompetent they forgot the wine still only charged me half the drinks bill. The TripAdvisor reviews backed up it wasn't a one off.
  18. At least there is separation of hardware though. So much more choice on the Android side. Genuine question too, do Google software products run on Apple? And vice versa?
  19. They're all running a similar business model tbf. Incentivise you choosing their technology by offering free storage up until a threshold where it's more painful to move your data than start paying for it and then start to ramp up the costs. Google are amongst the worst - particularly their email platform.
  20. There’s a Facebook page called disused stations that you’re missing out on @Renton. I follow it for regular updates on the proposed Waverly line extension ie Tweedbank > Carlisle
  21. Chris Harris scared the shit out of him running him round a racetrack in a 911 a wee while back, that was a laugh.
  22. I love his content although I binned off Instagram so haven’t seen him for a while. Seems like a genuinely nice lad and I’ve always liked trains and train journeys. Might subscribe to his YouTube channel
  23. If Russia invaded he’d win the argument
