1. I'm invigilating an exam this morning, I think lectures are starting properly next week, when I've got some tutorials to do.
2. Ye kna what I mean, today...yesterday...it's all the same. I'm with Dave here, I've got literally no idea what day it is
3. I think that's spot on Yesterday was the worst performance he's put in, he was two yards off the pace on his feet and three or four off the pace in his head. Can't work out why the Rodent didn't throw Bernard into the left back spot instead seeing as it is a much less crucial position, both would be lacking sharpness but OB would be in a position where the laziest player on earth plays. Bramble has played some canny games but there's far too many when he's fucked up. It becomes a bit of a cycle. Some people say that players can start to believe their own hype, I reckon Bramble has started to believe his deriders, and is worried about playing badly from the start of the game. Obviously thie mindset puts him in totally the wrong state of mind to be playing, and hence he makes more incredibly stupid decisions because he is panicing about fucking up again.
4. Lindisfarne - Fog on the Tyne (without Gazza)
5. You must be in agreement though that this one is also superb. Using Guns 'n' Roses- You Could Be Mine. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0wWPkhkaHw Aye but you have got Souness on there Jonny, so that let's it down somewhat.
6. Out of intensive care and into a high dependency ward, according to the radio, sounds like better news
7. Didn't think much of Mitchell and Webb to be honest. I usually wet meself laughing at them pair but didn't find that all that funny. Cryed at mock the week though, Dara O'Briain and Ed Byrne and Frankie Boyle were on great form.
8. I think we were playing peasepud head height, so for the most part it doesn't matter
9. I don't know how he can look at himself in the youtube in the morning tbh. Class
10. And as hat trick hero, I'd say I'm the star of the show. Yes you pissed higher than the rest of us.
11. Surely there's a point where you turn into Orville like, or Spit the Dog.
12. Plus he's obviously allowed to play above head height, which is just an excuse to play long balls Brambleesque to lazy knackers up front, because folk can't pass the ball.
13. Doing what? I've noticed no difference between the quality and intelligent comments on the board today and that of any other day
14. WHAT????!!?!??!?/?!!??!?? Didin't you say that on the St Pauls thread? That's why I started the thread - did I misread? The lass I was over there with is a vegetarian, I'm not. Surely everyone who went to the meal could have pointed that out in my absense, not letting this thread get to three pages with this untruth running wild, my reputation is in tatters.
15. Zathras you're taking your life in hands inviting GS out for a drink like!!! 196031 Rumor has it Shandy dives more than C.Ronaldo. Was in Gotham Town on Saturday night, no one wanted to buy anything off me though
16. I'm back, and missed going out with Zathras, didn't get his PM until this morning. St Paul is canny dead like, not much going on there especially out in the suburbs where my hotel was. About a 15min bus ride into the centre and still not a lot going on there, 1 shop, a lot of sandwich shops and a few bars/restaurants. Managed to find a couple of good bars so I was alright. Went to Minneapolis one night though, was quite canny but the vegetarian I was with didn't much fancy the food that was on the menu for the most part, more steak than I could shake a stick at. Was a good night in the end though, got my meat handled by the campest waiter that side of the Atlantic. Glad we went into the big city though, would have been a disappointing to miss it. It was canny warm later on in the week but I think it's supposed to get fairly cold this week.
17. Is that the one overshadowed by Swan house? It's a minute from my work. It's a museum I think. That one is the Holy Jesus Hospital and is owned by the National Trust now.
18. Only there for a week like which is a bit of a shame. Temperatures seem canny enough, low twenties.
19. St Paul, Minnesota? Heading there tomorrow for a conference. F Scott Fitzgerald and The Great Gatsby references aren't useful
20. The bogs at Leeds festival are canny lifting like, but getting better.
21. I agree with that to be honest, didn't impress me live at all. 194083 Plus he was being a nob to the crowd 194092 That's true. I left before the end to go see The Fratellis. 194097 I waited for Muse who were unreal!! 194103 Not really my thing Muse like, but me mate loved them. Finished the night with Reel Big Fish in the toking tent
