  1. No, pardew was the manager for Ryan Taylor over the wall win.
  2. We're overdue a bit of luck in the derby as well, mind. About time we had a mackem sent off/dodgy decision go our way/own goal/deflected goal etc.
  3. So is CT on 1.6, 16.1 or 1/6, God Damn it?
  4. I was just taking the piss a bit. I hope you understand a bit better now.
  5. Gini is the invisible man as much as sissoko rightly gets stick. Colback is shit in midfield and thanks to our owner's men is our left back.
  6. He's neat and tidy. His shirt is always immaculately ironed, his kitchen is spotless and his hair is never out of place. Shit footballer, though.
  7. He wasn't as important a player so was sacked early on. Classy club.
  8. I think we'll beat them with something to spare especially if we get a couple of players back. Norwich away will be the more difficult game for me.
  9. He's a fucking Mackem, man. Look at his very first post on TT for a start. (He's persistent, I'll give him that).
  10. Had to give the stiffs a chance, didn't they? 90 mins against a player of his calibre wouldn't have been fair.
  11. It was hardly a risky prediction though. But he was RIGHT and told us he was RIGHT all along.
  12. The weight of CT's expectations have dragged him down.
  13. Why did he have a shit time? Why did he only start 13 times? Why did we get him on loan? Why start a player with that recent past history in our position?
  14. Fish first stated we'd stay up when it was highly unlikely we'd go down. When he first stated it, even in the middle of the biggest post match moan-ins, you'd never have really expected Carver's run to be quite as hideous as it was.
  15. Mitrovic and Perez at least have some experience. This doumbia 'kid' smacks of a Chucky type desperation signing. He's done fuck all in serie a where contrary to years gone by, it's easier to score over there than here.
  16. Is that the Thai prozzie you shagged in Bangkok, Stevie?
  17. Whatever floats your boat but this IS a rugby thread, don't forget.
  18. Can't stand glory hunting tossers nor sycophantic media/ex-players giving a platform to drone on about Liverpool football club*, (never just Liverpool), that aside, the general home based support don't bother me at all, (there's far worse around the country). *Same media who can't be arsed to utter one extra word, (united) to our name give the full club title to the Mersey reds no fucking question asked.
  19. Going away to a vibrant team with 3/4's of our preferred back 4 missing and one of the back four not even a defender? Nailed on defeat, I just hope Rafa gets to organise a fitter team next week and beyond. Was at ewood for KK's first away game at promotion chasing Blackburn when we came back down to earth with a bump. Regardless, though, at least a few of them should be awakened from their sleepwalking performances.
  20. I think fans now are obviously better behaved yet are more 'knobbish' for want of a better word. Some of our away support have the 'Chelsea Cockney wanker' attitude about them which isn't what we used to be about despite some bad behaviour in the past.
  21. I've seen our lot break fences down to get into games. Blundell Park stands out. (Posh away as well IIRC).
  22. Because he's a 'United' legend and we need to hear what he thinks so we can hear another perspective from the other 'united' legends, not to mention the ex-liverpool lot.
