Yeah it includes the entire club’s wages but the first team will make up the vast majority. It’ll also include the money paid for Potter and also to sack him. -

Their last accounts had them spending £404m on wages. -
He is still only 29. Albeit he has a lot of miles on the clock given he's been playing regularly since he was 17.

There's no one going to pay that and he made clear in his statement that he expects his money so unless Chelsea are going to subsidise his wages he's sitting in the reserves all season costing them £17m a year.

You don't spend that long under Pep without putting in the work and pressing high up the pitch. Whether he's prepared to track up and down the pitch for 90 minutes is another thing though.
