The cheapo market was practically overflowing with kohlrabi today, so it'd have been rude not to. Already done kohlrabi, spring onion and pea mash as a side for tonight's grilled chicken, and a batch of kohlrabi, caraway and bacon soup ought to take care of (most of) the rest.

We've managed to get him back already. The lure of exploring the neighbourhood was too much for him to stay hidden, so now he won't be exploring the neighbourhood again any time soon. It's a tough old life. The real stress of the situation, of course, was having to actually talk to our neighbours. This is London for heaven's sake, we don't do that kind of thing.

Stressed. The neighbours' four-month-old kitten has decided to burrow under our shed and make it his new home.

That's basically what it says, yep, and that we're doing everything in our power to get him sold now rather than let him leave on a free at the end of his current contract (not taking him to NZ, making him train with the reserves, fining him for being overweight - basically the stuff we knew already, all neatly summarised).

All the very best Stevie, I can only echo what everyone else has said, look after yourself and make sure you talk about it as much as possible (I know you said about forums and not necessarily "knowing" the people you're telling this to, but if you can have long-running arguments with Twitter doilums you've never met, why should it be any different when it comes to finding support?).
