  1. Arsenal should be talking to you mate, they've just had a 60 million euro bid for this guy turned down.
  2. Yes he is he hasn't played for us since April , physioroom has possible return date of the 11th of this month.
  3. Weren't you lamenting the price at the time?
  4. He's 5'10 according to transfermarkt
  5. Stanley N'soki, apparently an 11 million euro fee agreed with PSG for the kid. 20 years old, left/centre back, though hes a bit short for a centre back and whoscored reckons his crossing isn't up to much so I guess hes a more defensive fullback. Played 12 times in the league for PSG last season, fuck knows if hes any good or can actually defend since PSG have it easy in most of their games anyway. He's called Stanley though which has me right on board.
  6. Aye but that’s because I care about that, if I actually cared about playing golf then idgaf, Chinese billionaire seems fine and hey, he only wants me to play Oasis covers anyway so I don’t even have to work as hard at being a great guitarist anymore. Fantastic. You’re applying passion/emotion where there is none, Bale doesn’t care about football, he hasn’t for years.
  7. Bale doesn't really give a shit about football, it's just his job as far as he's concerned. If someone came and offered me double my salary to do my job, but easier, somewhere else I'd certainly take it. Not one of us wouldn't, especially when the other option is to be paid less to work just as hard or harder.
  8. Plea turned us down, Pepe was before either his breakout seasons and before transfer prices went mental. Aubameyang and Lacazette were 6 and 5 years ago, well before the skyrocket of transfer prices that sees Ayoze going for 30 million and that being considered a cheap deal or Mitrovic going for 27 million.
  9. Its not that unusual for any club to work with a large agency multiple times, ROGON represent both Joelinton and Saint-Maximin, its not one bloke there are 70 odd people working at this company representing over 100 players. Theres plenty to be getting our knickers in various twists over, this isn't one of those things.
  10. Depends who you ask, some might suggest that the former Sheffield Wednesday, sheffield United, Aston villa, Birmingham and Sunderland manager, who now manages Newcastle might have a loyalty problem.
  11. Almiron, Saint-Maximin and Joelinton is a pretty interesting seeming front line if they can gel and hit the ground running. Lots of pace there.
  12. You can be registered for a maximum of three clubs between 1st July and the 30th June and can only play in official matches for two clubs in that period.
  13. Shelvey has gone up in my estimation for that comeback tbh and for not actually being stupid enough to get involved in the fight.
  14. It could be worse, they could've not bothered at all.
  15. I guess it matters if hes cheap to buy and doesn't want much in wages, we do need a squad after all, we've hardly got one when it comes to attackers
  16. Well he'll definitely fail the automatic criteria since hes never played for Brazil, probably be passed through on appeal though.
  17. I don't think I would, going off his last few years hes absolutely past it at 30
  18. Oh mate, I have some gold I can sell you at a great price!
  19. 5 million for Bruce We wouldn't pay 16 or whatever for Rondon but we'll pay 5 million for steve fucking bruce after the club were informed that they'd need a new manager for the next season back in May. Just shy of 4 weeks until the transfer window closes, no signings made, another few days then until our first game of the season. This is surely the worst state the club has been in leading into the start of a season since Ashley bought the club right? We're plumbing new depths here.
  20. Bragging rights ahoy, hopefully I'll enjoy work on Monday morning!
