It's not just Pardew - I really don't rate our coaching staff. I see the likes of West Ham bringing in Sheringham and QPR bringing in Hoddle and wonder why we can't do similar? I've got no faith in Carver and Stone, couldn't care less if they're locals. All three of them are incompetent.
