Starting groundworks in November man! Upstairs is done in my gaff, new boiler going in today and I can start on the kitchen. Front room will be done by the end of the week, once I fit the new French doors and brick up the old one I can do the dining room and I'm all done. Been asked to help set up and manage the H&S for a charity that provides training to injured veterans. They have been given a building with some land to turn into a training centre and a workshop. They need to gut the building and rebuild it before anything else can start so it's going to be a big time pressure. I think it's a worthwhile thing to do but I'm really fucking lazy and my own house is a building site, probably end up doing anyway.
