This was me this morning at work. Why aye.

Kamala talking to Kamala in a mirror is still less narcissistic than Trump at any time.
-
He might have been disruptive and abrasive, but my God, he was the best coroner in the business.
-
MAGA thick cunts. The funniest thing is, Trump has got his idiot followers dressing up in adult diapers and now bin bags.
-
I mean I know nothing Trump does can shock you, but howay lads, he's deep throating a microphone here. Imagine if Biden or Harris had done this, they would have had to step down with immediate effect.

A most elegant sociological theory you are proposing there Dr Monkey's Fist. Nay, nay I say, this transcends theory and we can now consider it to be a law. The law of the fans of massive lads.

Well domestically Trump will turn the US into fascist dictatorship, with concentration camps for immigrants and women will be treated like they're in the hand maid's tale. Even before you factor in isolationist trade tariffs, difficult to imagine how that won't impact us. However, Theo Paphitis of all people made the reasonable point on LK this morning that a Trump presidency would force the UK back into the European fold, so you might actually like that! Unanticipated outcomes and all that.

Yeah, it pretty much always is. Mine tends to be "the best placed candidate to beat the Tories", which is Labour in my case. I would vote Lib Dem if they were clearly better placed mind. Not Reform though, obviously.

Yes, he's the president for me, not weird at all.

Funniest thing is, they're not even hated. They're just not noticed. Other than STID where they were an absolute laughing stock, but they lack the self awareness to see this. Are we liked or hated? Genuinely don't know and don't care. We're definitely noticed though.

Ahh come on, Windows ME wasn't that bad.

Saw this. Robert Smith looks like Jo Brand, but can still sing and play guitar. Apparently their new album Is class so I must check it out.

Watching it now. It's a hard watch, cheers Gemmill. I have a friend who went through very similar emotional abuse (but not physical) . It was absolutely tragic and didn't have a happy ending But like you, I didn't get why he didn't protect the kids who were indirectly abused. That would be the final straw for me, no matter how much I loved her. Also having kids through IVF is incredibly hard practically, emotionally, and financially. I don't understand how they managed this three times without supporting each other. I don't think we've been told the full story tbh.

If it was Starmer vs. Farage, I assume you'd vote for Starmer? Trump is even more racist than Farage, his policies are terrifying, and be more repulsive than Jabba the Hutt.

Oof. Take that MF.

But we're STILL talking about our win yesterday man. Wibble.

Anyone have a clue what Brian is babbling on about here? What's this famous Man City match he's talking about? I'm guessing it was at least a decade ago. I don't remember it. Maybe if I did, I'd love the MLF's too?

Dead people don't pay tax. The only thing dead people do is decompose. 👍

Resolution not great on that TV like. 1x2 pixels.

My take exactly, well said. If the state are going to employ people to go to war, the state should look after them when they're injured. Going further, this is why I don't like charity in general. I'm not comfortable with individuals having to donate money for what are often essential services like hospice care. I'd rather be taxed and for these organisations to have a steady predictable income stream without duplication (i.e. better efficiency). I want the money that's left in my pay packet to be spent on my own family without constantly being made to feel guilty.

Also his parents could gift the land and as long as they don't die within 7 years he'll pay diddly squat. I've never understood why people get outraged about being taxed on unearned wealth (after a 1 million or so threshold usually) more than tax on their work which they pay every month of their lives. The power of the right wing media I guess.
