Just seen on the news there that China exports to the US, big as they are, accounts for only 15% of their total and less than 2% GDP. They're really not that exposed. Trump is so fucked.

We'll be flooded with Chinese exports which may help with inflation. I'm not sure what the impact will be on our domestic producers, but I would imagine we don't cross over with the Chinese too much nowadays?

I think elements of that are true, but or directed by Trump. Trump can de facto use tariffs to exert his executive power and feel like the big man.
