  1. What a tragically mundane pile of shite. Especially the last line, already setting up a story for his next trip to Alnmouth. Where he’ll say out loud in the pub he’s a MLF. Then he’ll put some Mag bastids in their place in some highly unlikely, low on detail, tale.
  2. I’d forgotten all about Dilbert. I worked in IT at the height of its fame and immediately took a dislike to anyone who thought it was funny
  3. If he doesn’t go to prison, which I don’t think he will, I can see this being a money spinner for him
  4. It’s moot because it would’ve gone to shite anyway because he wasn’t a very good manager and there was something rotten in the club by that point. The idea scapegoating the wrong person was the issue misses the point imo. Btw, is anyone else getting LTA vibes from TBD? <——— safety wink
  5. We’re not going to agree like. Not a defence of Dyer either btw. Bellamy never stayed anywhere very long after that though, despite performing. Suggests he’s a troublemaker
  6. He’s basically made a career out of being a zany dresser. Like a poor man’s Giles Brandreth
  7. I’ll always defend Bellamy on the pitch for us. Even to the extent I’d say football would be better if everyone played like him. He gave 100%, wasn’t a dirty player, didn’t dive/cheat. All anyone ever had a problem with was his being mouthy. He’s undoubtedly an odious little cunt like. He was our little cunt. No way was he blameless in being shifted out though. Just like he wasn’t blameless in our ending up with Souness
  8. Brand’s comments are funny. In that he seems to infer it’s all a big plot to get him. Like they’d bother doing a whole programme about a complete nonentity
  9. The same day the ECB announced Middlesex would get a suspended points deduction. A timely reminder, just in case anyone thought the ECB weren’t corrupt fucking cunts
  10. He’s skint now as well but you’d imagine he’ll have burnt loads of bridges so there won’t be many job offers Aye, the red card was the icing on the cake
  11. Aye. The comment in the tweet is spot on too. It’s a friendly question imo, I.e. the journalist is inviting Klopp to have a bit of a rant and he clearly has a strong opinion about it, which he then gives. But not before he’s tried to make the journalist look like a twat for asking it. Then you get all the sycophants piling in with comments about how Klopp really showed him there. Aye, showed him what a cunt he is.
  12. Wish he’d got a fixed penalty notice
  13. You don’t need end product when you are a FOOTBALLING GOD
  14. The only irony is our current (and future) relationship with the EU is far more slavish than it was previously.
  15. I can understand playing Phillips. As the 4-2-3-1 (in theory at least) allows 3 attacking players without surrendering much in the way of defensive stability. Maguire though? It’s not even like there aren’t clearly better options. It was fucking weird seeing Southgate defend the selection in the press conference ahead of the Ukraine match. Then he was having a pop at the England fans booing him onto the pitch for the Scotland match. Booing your own player is pathetic behaviour but that’s not the point. Especially as it’s basically defending the decision to bring him on. Which immediately handed momentum to the opposition in a game where England were in total control. I also 100% agree that Maguire is like anyone else and the stick he gets will impact his mental health. Being a footballer doesn’t make you immune to that. But Southgate needs to accept some responsibility at this point and realise he’s hanging the lad out to dry by continuing to pick him at present.
  16. Anyone citing Southgate’s England record as evidence he’s a decent manager is a fucking idiot btw

    Running

There was a bloke I used to see training for the GNR on the Felling bypass with a fridge on his back.
  18. So - let’s get this right. The bloke that devised the race - Brendan Foster - was originally going to have the race from Newcastle to Sunderland. That bitter mag bastard, Brendan Foster, got involved and objected. At this point Brendan Foster relented and agreed it should end at South Shields. Was that how it went down or have I missed something?
  19. And ate crisps that looked like lions
  20. Aye, exactly. And they’re the most corrupt and influential of the lot
  21. He’s barely played since he signed a four year deal for Juventus last summer. He’ll be on a fortune as he was out of contract iirc. Purely coincidental
