Along with petty jealousy his main motivation seems to be likes for his tweets. Which get virtually no traction despite him linking to them on a very popular message board where he’s preaching to the converted. I.e. even most of them lot see through him / recognise what a sad, boring cunt he is. That said, I find him to be very entertaining

They all got excited about some legal action being brought against Al-Rumayyan (unrelated to NUFC) after it was reported in The Athletic. And in the space of a couple of hours got themselves wound up because no one else is making anything of it.

Well I tend to agree but that’s also not to say that people like her shouldn’t be allowed to have a presence on social media or that there aren’t consequences for the actions of people like Barton. And some female commentators have made a career out of their online presence. There seems to be a (completely out of order) view that just being on these platforms makes them fair game. Just another example of what a misogynistic society we live in. -
