i can petty drink as much as i want all night until i pass out these days, especially if there's a little chemical assistance to prolong drinking time kicking around. the flip side is i get the worst hangovers of my life. when i was a nipper, if i drank more than 6 or 7 pint, i'd end up spewing. these days, i never throw up but i get these holocaust hangovers - splittign headaches, nausea and the runs for a solid 8 hours the next day

outside the grand in clapham junction about 7 or 8 years back. i've only ever seen fights kick off in london in shit cheesy venues like that where everyone's just out on the piss and prowl. everyone giving it the billy bollocks because they've been drinking all day and haven't been able to cop off. i once saw one bloke spark out three of my mates with the same punch in a cheesy club. two of them needed stitches. never seen a punch like it before or since.

Does islamophobia exist or is it a term coined by the 'islamofascist' lobby? Here's Pat Condell's take on the debate. (he pretty much opposes all relgion btw) http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=6Ff3Qg6B_WY&bmb=1

don't fancy our chances with that 11. we'll have to raise our game to beat them with that midfield and front two

6-7 hours during the week. 8-9 at the weekend. generally if i've had 7 hours, i'm in good shape though can struggle through a day's work on 4 or 5 hours.....just

Weight watchers is a massive waste of time - no doubt. Atkins etc is too because you're never going to keep it up then you'll just put the weight straight back on.

Absolutely. The key to fat loss is eating smaller meals but more of them. I eat about 6 to 8 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones but I don't over eat. I eat slowly and stop as soon as im full. If you over eat your body will only burn what it needs as fuel then store the rest as fat. The key is getting enough calories so your body doesn't go into starvation mode and getting plenty of excarcise. Agree with those that say it isn't worth it if you cut out treats altogether. I never skip my Friday night curry

my worry is it's just be a matter of time until one of the top clubs start circling. he seems to love the area though so who knows. he might stay and become a club legend.

thanks! it's weird. i'm looking forward to the whole thing with a mixture of nervous excitement and sheer terror. i'm one of the first of my mates to have a little un. my best mate who's already had one said it was the most overwhelming experience of his life but he wishes he'd stayed up top holding the hand instead of going downstairs. don't think i'm going to get involved with cutting the cord or anything like that either after seeing that episode of peep show.

to the fathers on here...did you attend the birth of your child? how would you describe the experience? did you go down the 'business end'? my mrs has 6 weeks to go. we made the mistake of watching 'one born every minute' the other night. no punches pulled there like. crivens!

Newcastle striker Andy Carroll will not play any part in their game against Tottenham at St.James' Park on Saturday. The England striker has missed the Magpies' last four games, including their 1-1 draw with Sunderland on Sunday, but was thought to be approaching full fitness and a possible place on the bench against Harry Redknapp's high-flyers. However the 21-year-old has lost his battle for a place due to a thigh problem and will have to wait to make his comeback. Magpies boss Alan Pardew was hopeful Carroll would recover in time to face the team that were reportedly coveting his signature over the January transfer window. Pardew is likely to stick with the strike force of Shola Ameobi and Leon Best, who have both managed to plunder goals in their talismanic striker's absence.

where did you find that?
