Can anyone confirm if it was a full moon last night cos I had one of them nights from hell at work. A bloke who nearly bled to death from oesophageal varices (google for it) A young lad who'd been beaten up a week ago and only came to hospital yesterday (ruptured spleen that had been bleeding for a week) and 4 babies that decided they weren't coming naturally, including one who was only 31 weeks and looked like a scrawny little sparrow with big blue eyes when we finally got him out. I am loathe to go back in this evening
