Bob Geldof looked like he was one too. 140420 That's rigfht, me and Geldof are saving African children, not killing them like you two showering genocide aiding bastids. 140434 Scott aint showering at the moment!

As you well know, I hate street performers. My reaction to that would have been to stand and look up at him for two seconds, shake my head, and mutter "dickhead" before walking off. 140405 His banter would have wound you up no end - I have no doubt, but it was pretty impressive. I've got a video clip of it if any kind soul can tell me where I can upload it to put it on here.

Having been to Sydney and seeing the various lunatic street-performers down by Circular Quay, I now realise why Lou was so obsessed by the place. I can just picture her sitting for hours on end watching the real-life stautues Some of them were quite entertaining to be fair. Like the bloke who plonked a BMX bike on the top of a 10-foot metal pole, stood on the seat and juggled knives....
8. Scares me that a nurse doesn't recognise that fact tbh 140344 I haven't had access to the x-rays - sorry.
9. Not today Ben Harper - Steal My Kisses.
10. If the Titanic exhibition is still on at the Science Museum then that's well worth seeing. Sorry to actually put the thread back on track for a mo. Do carry on...
11. He took you for a meal, got pissed, and crashed your car into a tunnel wall? 140087 Let me know what Hell is like 140246 Did you hear about the nurse who went to Hell? It took her 2 weeks to realise she wasn't still at work...

I'm not sure you've quite grasped how the legal system works there... 140282
13. Despite the fact that David Nugent recovered from the same injury in less time? 140261 And was he match fit to play for England in the World Cup? Nope, he was okay to hobble on as a sub for Preston Don't forget that it's taken Owen 4 months to recover from the same injury too.
14. iPod Nano, but I want a CD to give to the two Housemates who aren't going to live in Leeds next year. ones off to Martinique and the other Argentina. 140260 Bloody students! Why can't they get a part-time job in Aldi like in the old days! Yes - I'm jealous
15. Oh the modesty! She just didn't want to hurt your feelings
16. Slightly off topic but I was reading an article in the paper yesterday about all the hype surrounding Rooney's injury and how the media are making huge noises about how he's going to be fit etc. It basically said that it's all a cover-up in order for the World Cup hype to be maintained and to keep his sponsors happy when in reality there's actually little or no chance he's going to be fit for any of the games at all. Medically speaking, there's no way he should be fit - wacky oxygen tents or not.
17. The thing with central London is that you can't really avoid the touristy stuff! Definitely sharpen your elbows for when people barge past you on the tube/in the street/just about anywhere

Nah. Manic depression means that you're in a good mood some of the time
19. And how were we meant to deduce that form a mere >>> ? I only do telepathy at work when the doctors "meant to ask but forgot.." and my crystal ball is a bit foggy today. And what you chipper about, anyway, you miserable toad?
20. Would I be correct in thinking that Orko was a flying thing in a hat, and there was a bird called Teela in MotU?
21. Oh put your bloody face straight. Mebbes a few daft games would put a smile back on that ferking miserable dish of yours!!
22. So how many titles did he take off you then? 139929 Someone took Tetris and Gold Miner off me, but I don't think it was him. I've given up finding any competition for Mahjong - I just keep increasing my own high score.
23. Have to admit - every single one of those statements are true 139912 139914 It wouldn't be a pleasurable experience for him! 139916 In whichever sense 139920 Mwah!
