Agree, youth team players should do it. I wouldn't be suprised if the club charges the kids parents a fee to be ball boys/girls. Apparently it costs a couple of grand for your kid to be a mascot at Man Utd. Probably similar for us. I haven't got a problem with charging folks for their kids to be mascots because they're not directly involved with the game.
