What made you sign up to Toontastic

I think my first post was 'cos I was so pissed off the club had let Lua-Lua play against us for Portsmouth, and score in the last minute to equalise (then celebrate like a mad fucker). -
http://www.toontastic.net/board/index.php?...mp;#entry884174 Big Thanks for that heads up Dr K. I do tend to rush in and that post may just have saved me a small fortune. On top of the things you mention, theres also the taxi lights, data head and radio not too mention essentials such car phone charger etc. Think Im going to pass. Cheers No worries. Think yourself lucky I was off work today As I said in that other thread, the electric car is a dead duck imo. People aren't interested in a new technology that is worse than what is the norm at present. Especially if the green credentials might not add up. They should concentrate on small capacity turbocharged combustion engines until the hydrogen fuel cell is good to go. I'll expect a complimentary taxi ride if I'm ever in your neck of the woods

http://www.toontastic.net/board/index.php?...mp;#entry884174 Interesting that Dr K. If those figures are right about range when using those features it may cause me problems. Now that I have the little un during the day, most of my driving will be evenings with lights, heater and radio on. Aye, a combustion engine can quite easily power all your ancillaries, and one of its waste products (ie heat) can be used to keep you warm. An electric can't really do either without draining itself much quicker. Don't forget that that 110 mile range will be in optimal driving conditions, not stop-start urban motoring with constant accelerating & braking. I'd imagine you'd be better off with something like a Golf Bluemotion in your line of work.

Should Stuart Pearce get the boot?
Dr Kenneth Noisewater replied to Irrelevant Nick KP's topic in Newcastle Forum
Yes. Not because of the results though, because they've lumped the ball forward like Wimbledon circa 1986. -
nufc4ever isn't it?

Celebrate it like Tino himself would: drugs, guns & hookers.

Off to see the Senna film Tuesday night, only showing it the one night here so I'm glad I booked our tickets in advance! I'm sure you'll enjoy it TR. Aside from the main story of the film, what stood out for me from the footage was: (i) how simple the steering wheels looked on the mid-eighties F1 cars, and drivers actually having to take their hand off the wheel to use a proper gear-change; and (ii) how far out of the cockpit their heads & shoulders were exposed. They were really vulnerable in comparison to modern F1 drivers.

Nando & Jenson? Yes please!

Oh boy that looks mouth watering I'll try that! It's like drinking chocolate cake, that's the nearest description I can think of for it. Let me know what you think. -
Positive discrimination by bog attendant HR, never employing whities. What is this country coming to?

They must have been surprised it was about a F1 driver. I don't want to spoil it for you, but he dies in the end. -

Senna. It was good, and there were some under-fifties there. -

Hmmm, if they've deleted me, they've deleted me. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it, just curious if it was a purge on dormant accounts or if I've done something specific.

If you like hot chocolate this stuff is freakin' awesome: http://www.spanishchocolate.co.uk/ -
I assume you're talking about NO? I haven't been on there in ages and I logged in OK just now. Did you use the .org suffix rather than .com? .org I get to the log-in stage and it says that username does not exist.
