Hull and Blackburn each had one sent off (Marney and Pedersen respectively). Hull look such utter shite, I hope they're still that way when we visit them.
-
No thanks? He'd certainly fit into our scheme of signing young talent though...
-
Can't count on Liverpool or Arsenal to beat anyone these days. It'd still be priceless if Arsenal miss out on the CL this year though, as it seems they will if Villa win tomorrow.

Sorry, my American is showing. Replace with Duff. Duff in the middle? God help us. I'd love to do 4-3-3 and it would be a good idea against the likes of Bolton, but not without Guthrie, Barton, or Nolan involved.
-
Pretty sure Shola will be starting. I'd also like to see R. Taylor as what he actually is, a right back, so the other Taylor can finally get out the team. Wing pair of Duff and Jonas will suit me.
-
Just don't come on here bladdered and vomiting after Man U take you to the cleaners. Save that for the next time we beat you, so you can tell us how beating your pathetic mega-millions team is our cup final.

Magpies remain a passion for Ashley
acrossthepond replied to Scottish Mag's topic in Newcastle Forum
Throw Wise out on his miniscule arse, pack Kinnear off to a retirement home and thank him for his contribution, wipe that smirk of Llambias's face, bring in a half decent manager and give him some half decent money and we can work together again as I've said from the start. I think a large majority of our fans feel the same way. Some think what's happening is OK (cue the kids' board), some are hellbent on seeing Ashley out, but I think if he just gives up whatever idiot idea made him change his ways after Allardyce went and goes back to running the club like clubs should be run, all of this trouble would go away. -
I think I preferred it when he said nothing
acrossthepond replied to Snake's topic in Newcastle Forum
Speaking of preferring it when he said nothing: from http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/t...ted/7907908.stm Nothing we didn't expect. -
Smith, Martins, Jonas, Lovenkrands all invisible. Bassong and Enrique were immense, Butt too, whisper it quietly but even Colloccini failed to be awful today. Shocking tackle and no doubt a red, given that we surely could've done worse but we had two gilt-edged chances to score and failed, and that's all there was to it. Should've been 3 points once Arteta went off.

The grammar in that letter is pretty awful, but I don't know if that's a point against or in favor considering who we're talking about

This game looks mind-blowingly amazing. So far the only reason I've regretted only having a wii.
-
Just call him Nacho Bullardez.
-
I almost fell out my chair when he called us perpetual. Are we doing to die a death soon too like?
-
So the Tree has pretty much admitted to being a mackem. No surprise there. I'll ask you though, how would you like it if Dennis Wise was casting his four-foot-seven shadow over your club?
-
Sven is a good manager. He did shite at City? What a joke, he bought half their class players and they genuinely looked a side on the up. I've no doubt City fans would rather still have him than Hughes who looks increasingly desperate.

Ashley to try to halt season ticket sale decline...
acrossthepond replied to smoggeordie's topic in Newcastle Forum
You want to halt ST sale decline? Here's a clue. Sack that worthless Wise, scrap this idiotic "continental" system, get a decent manager in and give him some decent money. We're not asking for the moon here FFS. -
Apparently Nevada Smith's in New York is crawling with toon fans when our games are on. Is that right? Good tip then, I'll have to have a look in myself one of these days.

Can Jesus microwave a burrito so hot that even he can't pick it up?
-
"Many fans believe you are destroying NUFC. Discuss." Great question! "What are the incentives to coming back in August?" is a really good one as well.
-
Rather have Kinnear. If he goes, Fat Mike had better be looking for a proper appointment.

Mecca is a dangerous place because the damn Saudis, who seem to believe they are the divinely appointed guardians of Islam when really the rest of us wish they would shrivel up and die, refuse to invest properly in the holy sites. They think getting professional people in who actually know what they're doing, who happen to also be Western, will somehow corrupt Mecca and Medina. In reality people dying because a bunch of stiff-necked relics who want to keep Islam in the Stone Age are afraid some German architect can do better than they can, I think that's more of a "corruption" of the holy cities. Back on topic, the BNP are pretty scary. Those videos remind me of the Westboro Baptist "Church" in the USA, the way they both are openly hostile towards the news media, but it's ok because they end up saying such stupid shit that they can't help but bring ridicule on them.

I blame the cats I blame NU$C FYP

Go to hell and take this interview with you! It's clear they still think they can just vomit up any bullshit and it'll pacify us. Spending 8 million in the summer? Are you kidding? Put the club up for sale, you fat shite, and then you can piss off back down to London. You'll certainly have no worries about having to come "down" from the Midlands once a week then, you pie-guzzling donkey.

Christ, that Chelsea kit is truly gash. Black and white milan kit will do me, thanks. Anything would be better than this shite tbh.
