1. Only you can decide that. If you're with us, wear your Newcastle Top, of youre with them, wear your Hull one. I'll not give you any, but either way, be prepared for a bit of abuse on here for that comment..! 2. Away fans are in the John Hall Level 7 now. That's up in the gods behind the goal. They are not crap seats, the view is fantastic. I don't think there are any crap seats in our ground to be honest. Way too much made out of the height. 3. A lot of changes this year that people were bound to be a bit unhappy with, can't please everyone. No big story out of it though, there's not thousands of people rioting or anything! 4. Newcastle doesn't have any 'home fans only' bars really. You'll be fine. If they like Beer & Boobies then take them to Sam Jacks near the Gate, might even get one of them to do the 'away day challenge..' 5. The free pint thing was probably a one off for last year, might happen again, we'll see.

See, this is why I get pissed off when they get knocked out.

Saw Winehouse like, thought she was a fucking mess to be honest. She spent about 30 minutes introducing her band, then had a pop at her dad, then fell all over the place. She had to start Rehab again because she couldn't get her chemical addled brain around the count in that her drummer did, then she swung for a fan. The security blokes round the stage were shitting themselves 'n aal. If I'd been there I'd have been away back to my tent after 5 minutes to get wankered. Would have been much better! Didn't see Jay-Z, but saw him on Woss the night before, thought he was going to be a bit of a prick, but he came accross alreet actually.

Aye, I'd go along with that like.

Fair few all within 10 minutes walk from my house but I never go in any of them. The Black Horse - Canny bar, would be the one I chose to drink in out of any of this lot. Monkseaton Arms - Haven't been in for years, but it was recently refurbished and is apparently canny. The Ship - Full of old men. The Hunting Lodge - Closest to me, was good when I was younger for pool & pints after work but all the annoying people from my street - who only ever say hello or converse when it suits - drink there, so I avoid it now. The Beacon - The most boring pub, ever. Ever. One of the lads loves the quiz though. Foxhunters - First bar that served any of us when we all used to knock about down here, so we stuck with it til we turned 18 then fucked it off. Not been in for a long time. As soon as we were old enough to drink we fucked them all off really. Considering Whitley Bay is a 15-20 minute walk away and town is 20 minutes on the Metro, we usually just picked one of those. Lots of my mates don't live local to me anyway, which was another reason none of my locals have ever been 'local!'

May aswell stick some red trim on it and make it a tribute to the now closed MetroLand Seriously though, I like it.

Started off with a NES. I had Super Mario & Duck Hunt on one cartridge that came with it. It also came with 2 contorllers and a gun. Looking back that's amazing when you consider what you have to get extra now! Had it for years and had loads of games. Still got it actually but it's in the loft and most of the games are bust or missing. Followed that up with a Mega Drive. Had a mountain of games for that like, probably the most used console out of my consoles, mainly due to my age. Remember getting proper pissed off with Grainger Games actually, because when I sold it I had about 30 games, 6 controllers, everything was boxed and I got about £27. I was probably more pissed off because I was swapping it all for Goldeneye for the N64 and couldnt even make it up to that. I got a PSX when I still had my Mega Drive, and I still have it now. Also in the loft. Spent months on Metal Gear Solid and mountains of other games, especially after I got it chipped. I had a special edition N64 aswell, that had a gold controller. I fucking loved that console but I didnt really have many games for it as I was starting to grow out of it all a bit. ISS was wicked though. Then finally I have a PS2, which I still use as my DVD player in my room. Got a few games for it but to be honest I wouldn't buy anything new for it and like I say, mainly use it to play DVDs on, hardly ever play on it.

I bet she was well pissed off.

I've always called them that to be honest, I was brought up with them being called that in front of me and it just stuck. They've changed the name of the Gallowgate like it's going out of fashion so presumed it was easier to stick to that anyway!

Risin' up, back on the street Did my time, took my chances Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet Just a man and his will to survive So many times, it happens too fast You change your passion for glory Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past You must fight just to keep them alive Chorus: It's the eye of the tiger, it's the cream of the fight Risin' up to the challenge of our rival And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night And he's watchin' us all in the eye of the tiger Face to face, out in the heat Hangin' tough, stayin' hungry They stack the odds 'til we take to the street For we kill with the skill to survive chorus Risin' up, straight to the top Have the guts, got the glory Went the distance, now I'm not gonna stop Just a man and his will to survive chorus The eye of the tiger (repeats out)...

Two Stops Short of West Ham - (Psychiatry) Barking mad. Barking is slang for 'mad' and also the name of a station; it is 4 stops from West Ham, but the psych slang follows the formula '2 sandwiches short of a picnic' or 'Tuppence short of a Shilling' - the deficit is always 2 items. Severe madness is 'Dagenham' i.e. '3 stops beyond Barking.'

He looks like he's giving it a tickle and it's in hysterics!

I'm supporting the Dutch because I used to like getting stoned. I also like Holland.

Aye, because if they'd made 'the corner' the official singing section everybody in that corner would have been chuffed to bits. How many people moaned when people strated gathering there for cup games.. They've used thier common sense man, they've used a much bigger corner that currently houses away fans. That means no people having to move out of what could be a massively popular area. I know people have to move elsewhere but at least they get a choice and don't have to pay extra for a higher priced area. You can't make everyone happy, but I think they've done a good job of it. It's all been well thought out.
