Can't remember if it was here or N-O but someone made a good point about Sunderland's rare good results have come from a solid defence and grabbing the odd goal. They have no real goalscorers (especially with Fletcher out), if they lose that defensive shape whilst still not being able to score they will be in deeper shit. I think this "passion" thing is a load of nonsense tbh. There are loads of examples of PDC falling out with players. Getting them fired up is a lot different to falling out with them. He sounds like a right twat to work with so if you are already pissed off with the way the club is going getting an arsehole of a manager in isn't going to motivate you.

Slightly off topic, one of my old bosses told me about when she was a kid her mother was desperate for her to go to a certain school. She didn't get in but on the first day the mother took her there anyway. The boss didn't even know she was at the wrong school, she sat there all day while all the other kids had been allocated to their classes/forms, bit like the last kid picked for a game of football, expect she was never picked. She had to wait there all day not knowing why she had been left alone until she was picked up at the end of school. Please don't do this to your boy it was probably one of the most tragic stories I have ever been told

Over the wall whilst getting it back down and as far into the corner as you are going to get. If Zigic hadn't fouled the first defender in the wall he MIGHT have got a head on it but Ferguson done as well as you can in that situation. Looking back you can probably find faults with most freekicks scored but real time it's never that simple.
