Working at the Nottingham branch of M&S and doing volunteer work on the side these days. CV building + saving up a little money to get my own place. I still lurk, just don't post so much these days. Reading are shite these days; Mr Mad needs to go as he's holding the team back. Thanks for the good times but time to fuck off.

Matt was phenomenal last night.

Saw 3D Everything you'd expect. Shit acting, shit storyline, another pointless extension to what was an amazing first film. Oh and it won't be the last Saw film either, despite what people say. Not with an ending like that... -
7th! Not bad at all.

Give Ranger a run out.

Unbelievable! Great times, what a perfect result and a much needed 3 points! And it's Steve Bruce's mackems which makes it even better.

What a brilliant first half. More of the same please.

I like to drink matcha. Had a voucher for the stuff when I ordered from Teapigs and thought I'd give it a try. I love green tea in general though, especially the stuff we were drinking in morrocco. Have always been meaning to recreate it for myself but haven't as of yet. Trip to Sainsbury's tomorrow methinks.

Saw BFS there week before last.

Bale played like a real life version of a game of PES. Someone spamming a pacey winger and scoring the exact same goal 3 times. They were extremely lucky to come away with a 3-4 scoreline; only got back into it because Benitez reverted to his favourite tactic of sitting on a 4 goal and producing a dour display of football. Looks like Inter will be going the way of Liverpool before too long...

The Olde Salutation is pretty good for a pint or two. Can't really miss it if you come from the Trip. It's across the other side of the main road going through the city. Also worth a look is The Bell in market square. They do some great grub in there, although it's a little pricey. Cracking sausage & mash though! Other than that, The Pit & Pendulem is worth a visit, just for the decor. It's a little like a gothic vodka revs. There's a good but expensive cocktail bar at the top of the Cornerhouse. Pretty good atmosphere in there, and there's a roof terrace. (If you're up in the day, I work in the M&S department store. Pop in and say hi if you fancy. )

If you're near the castles then you need to go to Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem. One of the oldest pubs around, and some pretty good ales on tap. Foodwise there's plenty. Flaming Dragon does a good all you can eat chinese, or there's a great little greek place near the ice arena. Eviva Taverna I think it's called. If you want to go out to one of the clubs, The Forum in the town centre is awesome. Cheap drinks and I've never had a bad night there. A bit studenty though. Not sure what sort of night out you're after.

He's partially to blame tbh. Tevez booked for celebrating with the citeh fans against Blackpool.

Happy Birthday Smo!

Did you allow yourself a glass of champagne? Congrats KD, enjoy the honeymoon!

If Shackbleep creates a thread identical to this one in a few months down the line then he's definitely Craig.

Aye, that is a bit of a shame. I tried to wangle working in the lingerie section during the interview, but they were having none of it.
-
I'd imagine the club will look into a loan signing to cover our lack of wingers. Unless the plan is to try and bring a few of the reserves/youth players through. Or maybe Xisco will feature more as a backup winger?

Had a job interview at M&S today and nailed it, I start next wednesday!
