There's a clause in the bill that's been passed that requires any redactions to be noted by when it was done and on what authority/who authorised it, that said it'll probably end up like the Mueller report, massively redacted to make him look innocent then when full report is out (which actually says the opposite) it'll be a "witch hunt".
