If fit ,Joe plays IMO, you can't/shouldn't plan around yellow cards being given. He'll likely miss 2 games sometime soon, you just deal with it when it happens, otherwise you're basically turning a 2 game ban into a 3 game ban by voluntarily "suspending" him.
