While you made a good point there, judging on ability, Boumsong should be the first name on the sheet. He himself proved he's got talent last season, so we're just waiting for him to show it again. He was consistant, but had no truly good game. Okay, so his first 20-odd minutes against Man United in the FA Cup were pretty spectacular, but if my memory serves me right, the trademark slip let them in and we'd never come back. But yeah, we shouldn't have such a leaky defence - we have three centre-backs well capable of defending.

I'd like to see Keane ehre. He should be in his prime, and has shown for club and country he's a good goalscorer. He's an important and feared striker for Ireland, so he should be for club - that may partly be due to the fact they haven no other good strikers, mind.

What I feel is we have 2 of easily the best midfielders in the world, and if we leave one out, we're missing out. So somehow, we need to devise a plan to make them play well together, because I don't see why they shouldn't be.
