...or maybe because people actually thought he had a good game. 67958 Nah I think that would just be foolish. Well yeah he had a good game, for someone of his ability.
-
I've heard some of your fans state he's better than Michael Owen! 67903 Yes, he is a more "complete" player than Owen, which is why they prefer him. I think they forgot about his 2 goals in 25 games.
-
I don't think Faye was that good - the only reason he's getting so many votes is because of his ability (or lack of).
-
Souness tbh. He also gave Robbie Elliott vice-captaincy once, when he was a makeshift makeshift player.
-
An average defender tbh. However, would be a good replacement for Shearer... when it comes to those free-kicks.
-
Talking about the match on Saturday, not the season - the votes go towards the player of the season. Anyway: Parker Shearer Ramage
-
He's quite a way behind Boumsong in the pecking ranks for France if that sways your opinion.
-
Seriously now. He traps the ball farther than most passes. His ball skills are appalling but he does serve as an undeniable annoyance to a side. Thankfully the side he was an annoyance to yesterday wasn't his own. Yes he did step up the level of his game yesterday, but that still didn't stop me from yelling at the TV for him to "Get out of the way you f*cking donkey! Just give the ball to an arse player why don't you?" 66741 Oops, I admit I was being kind about his ball control, but on his day he shows he can use his feet well, and dribble past defenders, but his annoying legs and lack of pace seriously let him down.
-
Yes... made me chuckle that.
-
Can't that ever be pretty painful to his privates?
-
He isn't all that anyway.
-
Well I'm up to the recent channel 4 episode so bit behind. Was a cracker though.
-
Ameobi the Peter Crouch-type figure in the midfield. He has decent control of the ball and strong upper-body, but a lack of talent overall and those long legs don't help him when dribbling. Shouldn't clap referees for sending players off either.

it's next week we lose 4 nowt. 66675 Yeah, got that a little wrong sadly. But hey, we keep our 10th position for now. -
Michael Owen will have to do something spectacular to score against his old club. Carragher and Hyypia are holding them together superbly, and the team will be screwed if one of them gets injured (that means Traore playing at centre-back presumably). Not fogetting Reina's a great shotstopper. But yeah if the team can put in a spirited performance as they did in the second half every day I'd be very pleased. The team should be on a high so now's not the time to sack Souness.
-
Arsenal's players are a problem for them now. Henry sometimes looks lazy and is always arrogant, along with the likes of Pires. They really miss Veira, and Gilberto has been crap recently. Then there's injuries and Cygan playing at left-back (not yesterday though).
-
It's everyone else's fault for letting him down. He's deserved a trophy for all he's done here.

This is just a dream. Once again Souness pulls up trumps by getting us to move up two positions in the space of seven days, without kicking a football. Just brace yourself for the 4-0 defeat this evening. -
Souness continues to make an arse out of himself. And of course when he's still here in January, he'll be looking for a striker of course.

Do you feel sorry for Sunderland?
TheInspiration replied to Zvindon Magyar's topic in Newcastle Forum
I feel slightly sorry for them because they're useless and just embarassing. They have about 3 Premiership-standard players tbh. -
GROUP C Argentina Ivory Coast Serbia & Montenegro Holland Heh heh...
-
Remember Boumsong and Taylor keeping Henry quiet at Higbbury. Boumsong looked like a pro and a good leader. Now he just seems like a joke. How things have changed... And they'll have to watch out for Van Persie. He is quality.

After Manchester United's shock elimination from the Champion's League, Malcolm Glazer began to question Sir Alex Ferguson's a bility, asking him "So, how far away do you think you are from a team capable of winning the Champion's League?" The Manchester United manager hesitated but responded eventually: "...35 miles" Would find that funnier if I were a Liverpool fan obviously.
