FYP Expect 2 weeks of flouncing from the big fella now and claims he weighs less than Renton and Gemmill (combined obviously) and that his weight is justfied because of his height! He plays basketball, doncha know... Midget league?
-
Tbf he played a blinder against Chelsea IIRC. Who?? Wright?? Was an awesome keeper in his time. I remember one match down at Bristol Rovers in the Ossie era, we got absolutely battered but came away with a 0-0 thanks to Tommy

It's like taking candy from a baby though.... Too easy

Reminds me very much of when KK brought Burridge back as cover... We also brought Tommy Wright back as well, didn't we?

Glory fan syndrome "who's that? he doesn't play for us...BOOOOOO" wankers I thought that was despicable, typical manUre scum. Wasn't just ex Liverpool players, Spurs players also were booed and I heard a few boos amongst the cheers for Man Utd players from Chelsea fans. Even Everton legend Neville Southall was booed - dunno why or by who though. I think the only player to be applauded by everyone was Mark Hughes, as he played for both clubs! As you say, despicable. It was basically anyone who'd beaten them in an important game. They booed the first bloke on the basis that he challenged their keeper and knocked him out. It was 50 fucking years ago though! Southall would have been booed on the basis that he was in the side that denied them winning anything in 1995. Big bastard though isn't he? I have a mate who played for Razorlight's team in the Soccer Six a few years back and had to play against Southall. Said he was as wide as he was tall! Hats of to Sir Alex for shaking all their hands

Were you directing your posts at anyone in particular? I think you'll find that this is an 'open' forum where everyone (including cock-knockers like yourself who think that an alter-ego and an IP mask can hide their true identity) are allowed to post so long as they adhere to the rules set out but the admins (that includes me). Likewise everyone has the right to reply. You getting that shit for brains?? Damn straight fucknuts Fuck me, wonders will never cease!

Was just thinking the same thing

Bollocks. As if Fergie would have won it like that? Piss off. Football is dead! You'd best stop posting then! Talk about the most worthless poster in the fucking universe tbh I'm sick of talking about you, time to change the subject. Like I said, you think it's dead, stop posting.

I do think so of that 'magic' has been lost with none of the build up being shown. They used to show the coaches leaving the hotel and on their way to the ground, would quite often have a TV camera on the coach but I think that's all indicative these days of football being a business, not just a sport. Celebrity matches before the big game are also sadly a thing of the past. Not sure about staying behind to acknowledge the winners though, I left in 1999 before they got the cup, couldn't face it 2 years on the trot and I can't see many Man Utd fans wanting to see Chelsea with a cup.

There was one angle where it looked to me that Giggs used his hand to push it over the line. It was a foul and them arguing that the referee didn't give a foul therefore it must have been a goal is ridiculous. Never mind a foul, the referee didn't signal a goal, therefore it wasn't. As was already said, Spurs had the ball over the line and it wasn't given.

You thinking what I was wondering last night?

Bolton hoping to fend off Allardyce’s interest
Craig replied to Scottish Mag's topic in Newcastle Forum
I've been impressed with what Allardyce has had to say since Tuesday. If he can convert his positive tones into on the pitch performances is something that remains to be seen but for the first time since SBR, I think we've appointed someone who is going to take us forwards. -

The only player who was ever 'right' to come back to us was Beardsley. The only reason I can fathom why Srnicek was drafted back was because of his cult status with the fans last time round. And if we're signing players on that basis, it's a fucking joke.
