This summer I did find myself stuck in a tug of war between my lass and her slag of a best mate. Basically, her best mate who has had a bit of a rough time of late decided that it would be good to confess her love for me every time we were alone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first few times it happened and let it go over my head but in the end I told her to fuck off, because I generally wasn't interested (and i'm not a twat) I told my lass all and then I was the one who got a bollocking for allowing it to happen more than once while her mate, who did her best to try and flat out deny it when she was confronted and then slowly conceded she was lying, pretty much got away with it. That was until recently when wor lass apologised to me and woke up to the fact best mates don't do that sort of thing, distancing herself from her.

Jose is not getting a game because Zoggy has looked the best left back this season going forward and when he does make a mistake he has the pace to get back and try and rectify the situation. I don't care if he was played out of position if he stuck to staying out wide instead of going into the middle he would have done more damage. Canny surprised by that tbf. Although I have to be in a certain mood, I can't just go in and wack on a Pink Floyd "record." They do my fucking head in in general. As it's 'drug' music as it were I've tended to hear it at mates when stoned or, in the past on shrooms and acid etc., i.e. when you're 'meant' to listen to it and I've always thought it sounded fucking awful tbh. Especially 'The Wall'. I hate the whole "you've got to be on drugs to like Floyd" shite, even though that was how I was introduced to them. Their early stuff, barring Piper is a bit shit but everything from Meddle to The Final Cut is fucking fantastic. I wouldn't class any of them, apart from Dark Side as an album that could possibly give you a good trip when off your tits. Far too wordy, far too complicated and far too storyline based.
