I reckon that's how I've been losing weight, a reasonable amountof exercise, improving my diet dramatically and switching to Vodka earlier in the night, also helps that I don't have a mixer with it. No take-aways and generally not eating just before I go to sleep has helped as well.

as the resident Comedy connoisseur I'd say he is better suited to quick bursts than long shows imo His jokes tend to be a little drawn out, we got the punchline two minutes ago, you needn't go on mate. I do think he's funny and I do enjoy his stuff, sometimes I'll get a bit bored during his set which is never a good thing. However when he gets on a good run I don't think there's many better at a stream of conciousness. He's similar to Izzard in that regard, although Izzards "Random ramblings" are scripted and as such there should never be drawn out as they often are. The big problem with reviewing a stand up is, in my opinion, the fact DVD's and even listening to it over the radio doesn't do the show justice. There's something about being there that makes things funnier. Maybe it's that you spent £15 to get in, you're expecting to laugh, there's a room full of people laughing too and You've been "warmed up" by someone else, you're not just dropped in at the deep end. End of the day I'll wager he's made a lot of people laugh and made a fair whack of cash off it, in a career that has so many hopefulls, but comparatively few real success stories... so he can't be that bad

tbh this only matters for this season as I'm sure during the summer we'll see a couple of midfield signings and a striker. I'd personally play two different teams depending on the oppositions. against the bigger (perhaps that should be better so as not to offend Everton) clubs I'd play Given Nobby Gooch Taylor Baba Dyer Parker Butt Zog Owen Martins with Harper Ramage/Huntingdon Emre O'Brien Le Sib weaker teams I'd field ------------Given Nobby Gooch Taylor Baba ------------- Butt ---------Parker Emre Dyer----------------- Martins -------------Owen With Martins and Dyer told to recieve the ball wide and cut inside, Baba and Nobby made to overlap. Parker and Butt would be able to get about the pitch to cover areas when we need them to, if Emre can stay pretty central we can look to him when we win back the ball. He can drive forward and supply the strikers.
