I'm not talking about Sunderland in general... it's making reference to what's been said on the SMB. I doubt they're saying "Have you read what they said on Toontastic?" in every other post.... It's the end of the season, we're safe now and there's not that much to talk about until the transfer hype machine kicks into full gear. Having a laugh at those clowns helps pass a bit of time.

Cheers, I will check this out tonight.

Best laugh I've had since watching McShane on Sunday. Fucking retards.
-
What type of cable is it? I know I don't have any USB plugs on the tv but there's jack sockets on the front.
-
Not sure tbh, I know all of the ones I've used before were -R as that was all my old player could play. The disk comes on at the scene menu but then every scene only plays about 5 seconds then sticks.
-
nope. Achillie Emana from Toulouse.

Sky sports website is linking us to some African attacking midfielder from France that I've never heard of but is supposed to be one of the best attacking midfielders in the world.
-
As per the title really. I've got some stuff on my laptop that I'd prefer to watch on the big screen but I don't know how.

I'm having some bother playing dvd's that I burn using nero 8. They play fine on the cheap asda bought TV/DVD combo thing I've got in the spare room but they won't play on my Panasonic multi region playing that I have as my main one. It usually plays copy's fine but I'm getting no joy with the ones I've converted from DIVX downloads. Anyone have any ideas?

McShane was awful. Lovely finish from that corner for us though, shame it was disallowed. As for Reid, I had to point out to the knuckle dragging mackems sitting behind me (how do people like this get to university? God knows) any team who chants 'fat bastard' to Viduka is a bit rich when your team cointains that fat dirty twat. Why was his bullet header disallowed anyway? They didn't show it on MOTD so I haven't seen it since it happened.
-
How fucking easy was that. I never expected such a limp performance from either team in a derby. We weren't very good at all but it was like men against boys (fat as fuck boys in Reid's case) and they never at any point looked like troubling us. McShane is the worst player I've seen up here since Fumaca and Carlos Edwards wasn't much better. Great fun in here today with all these makems

No thanks. Gardener particularly I suspect is complete bollocks.

As long as it's part of a community programme that gives tickets various people who aren't able to get tickets (such as kids who have done nothing wrong but who just can't afford tickets) I'm all for it. I would be disapointed if the only free tickets we give out are for drug adicts but I'm sure that's not the case.

You'd think so the way he plays.

Steven Taylor the voice of Newcastle United
David Kelly replied to Jusoda Kid's topic in Newcastle Forum
Never lost at St James' without being sent off. Is that right? Did he not play in the 5-0? And what about with Forest? Anyway I don't think we need him to be sent off to beat those retards, especially when their best defender is out injured. -

Did people have the hump with Lee Clark when he came back here because he'd played for the Mackems? No! Have people forgotten what David Kelly did for us because he ended up playing for Sunderland? No! Steven Taylor should shut the fuck up and concentrate on playing football as there's considerable room for improvement... What a tit! David Kelly is the only player wearing that god awfull strip that I can ever remember being applauded at St James'. And throroughly justified it was too. I'm sure there will be some boos but I wouldn't expect it to be massive and as long as he doesn't score/celebrate I would expect it fade out as the game goes on. Keane on the other hand. -
Film/moving picture show you most recently watched

In The Valley Of Elah. Another top notch performance from Tommy Lee Jones with a strong supporting cast too (although Susan Sarrandon was a bit underused). It's an interesting look at how being over in Iraq can effect young soldiers as well as being a good dectective story. Dead Reckoning. Pretty much forgotten Borgart film noir that covers all of the bases for the genre (voice over, femme fetale, numerous twists etc) and ends up with a similar feel the The Maltese Falcon (though naturally not as brilliant as that film). Very good and should be recognised along with the other classic noirs. -
I preferred the Hansome Furs album to either of Sunset Rubdowns.

I didn't realise when I moved to Jarrow I had to hand my ticket in on the way through the tunnel.

Don't let the door hit you fat arse on the way out.

Did Macky Dee's not choose to start selling salads to corner the Jamie Oliver market? I thought it was because there was a load of fat yanks threatening to sue.

The Smiths - Thre Is A Light and then Thom Yorke - Black Swan

Personally I'm sick and tired of the government taking responsibility away from people for their own actions. McDonalds are forced to sell salads because fat greedy fuckers can't limit their big mac intake and now they want to hit people who enjoy a responsible drink because they won't punish the people sufficiently who wont take responsibility for themselves. It's all wrong.
-
Very true. TBH I don't really care how much we pay them (they're all on obscene amounts of money anyway) as long as it's not going to bring the club down, which it won't.

Still think it's a very solid album.
