That's a spot on assesment of us tbh. We're quite simply a poorly run club from top to bottom.

The Appartment. Cracking performances (especially from Fred MacMurray who I didn't really like in Double Indemnity) and an excellent script Dialogue-wise!

In this tie we were a able to see a complete contrast in managers. One who is supremely self confident and instills the same in his players who go out believing in what they are doing and certain that they will outscore the oposition. And another who is fucking clueless which also feeds down his players who look the same.

Solely on Taylor IMO When the balls played wide Huntingdon checks his run to play the winger offside, which he would have been except that Taylor was 2 yards behind the line the rest of the defence was holding, Taylor compounded his error by not cutting out the cross As for the "no defenders - why didn'y you realise that in August" comments, he probably did but we were skint (and probably still are) The whole of the back four and Given were at fault for the first goal tbh. Bramble started it off by ridiculously trying to step up and play offside, Huntington made a piss poor effort to cut out the cross, fuck knows what Taylor was doing, Given Should have come for the ball & Solano just watched Arvaladse get ahead of him and put the ball in. It was a true achievement to concede a goal that a whole defence was to blame for. The second goal was pure Bramble, he's fucking useless and was a thorn in our side all night. Anyone offering him a new contract wan't shooting!

I picked Wenger. I am more impressed with Hitzfelds record but the simple fact is that Wenger has achieved in the premier league so you know he can do it here.

I thought that started off very well, but the ending I thought was complete and utter arse. Agreed. The idea was good, but it was if they thought "Right, great setup. Now what do we do?". Was incredibly disapointed by the end. Vigo Mortensen had virtually turned into the Terminator by the end. He was only supposed to be a mob bloke but you'd think he'd been training the SAS for years. William Hurt was very poor by his standards too. Ed Harris was very good like.

Highlander is one of the few movies where a re-worked version would improve on a cult classic. imo James Cameron is virtually the only director to make a sequel better than the original. In fact, he's done it twice - Aliens and Terminator 2. If only he hadn't become obsessed with that boat... Aliens is the only sequel that I can think of that I like better than the original tbh. Same here. I still haven't seen the goal or any of the highlights from Wigan a few weeks back. Not interested in staying up to watch "highlights" of a defeat. I think I happened accross that one on the news otherwise I wouldn't have seen it. Givens fault tbh!

If I'm at the match and we score I go mental and the same if I'm watching it in the pub. If I'm at home though I'm much more quiet. If we lose even if I haven't seen it or know very little about the game I usually avoid MOTD. There have been quite a few of our away goals that I haven't seen over the last couple of years because I was too pissed off to watch another defeat. I never used to be like that but I think I'm just sick of seeing shite now!

Tbf I'd be delighted with a nil nil as we'd be through. I'd not be happy if we went looking for one like as we're as likely to get one as Leazes is to make sense.

Battles - Mirrored

Didn't they just re work it with Highlander 3? It was virtually the same fucking story but crap. You'll never top Connery's Scottish Egyptian or Lambert's French Jock tbh. There can be only one!

I watched the first hour or so last night and can't say that I thought much of them. Stoke looked marginally the better team until they scored and after ten minutes or so of the makems being on top it went to being a very open game. They had very little up front and their defence was nowt to right home about either. In short they looked like a fizzy pop team. Canny keeper like!

Despite it not having anything as brilliant and Power Out, I think it might be a stronger album than Funeral.

It took me a couple of goes to realise if I scrolled down there was a 3rd & 4th choice!

I prefer the first one but CGI in the second is awesome.
