  1. That's been my favourite Hitchcock since I was about 12. Ever since then I've been a sucker for anything that avoids cuts. It's great isn't it? I like stuff like that where it's clever and innovative for its time yet it's still very watchable despite its age. Rope is excellent but there are several better Hitchcock Films. Vorgin Suicides. Canny but not as good as the album.
  2. Mallrats is awfull in many ways (smacks of Kevin Smith trying to make a studio film after his indie success with Clerks) but it has some really great bits and Jason Lee is superb.
  3. At this stage I would take virtually anyone over that useless fucker Carr. He's reaching a level of ineptness that Bramble or even Faye have never come close to. I would certainly consider playing Solano there in home game against weaker opposition at least and I would have Ramage or Taylor there next week.
  4. Cheers that should be just the job.
  5. Cheers, is it easy to use because I'm a bit thick with this sort of thing.

    Sage L50 v10

I've done a bit of report designing on it. What you after?
  7. Does any know how to edit an MP3 so that you can delete dead air. I have a 30 minute + track that has a twenty minute gap in the middle that is just wasting space. Cheers
  8. Unfortunately it's a long since or til they will be our rivals again.
  9. Smacking anyones kids is fine by me if they gan on like that!
  10. Woops, forgot the obligatory 'Sorry Cath'.
  11. Jarvis Cocker - Cunts Are Still Running The World
  12. I have to say this thread is really disapointing. I was hoping it was going to be some new porn version of SOAP and all we get is a story of how Gemil bottled smacking a couple of posh kids!
  13. I deleted it all except O Valencia and The Crane Wife part 3 on first listen, so I've never been able to give it another chance. I could just tell I would never get into it; unlike the new Newsom, which I am dubious about but will give it a proper go. I just can't be dealing with grossly long narrative songs. It doesn't have the stand out songs of likes of Sixteen Military Wives, We Both Go Down Together or The Infanta but overall I just think it is a really good album. Y's is getting excellent reviews from little I've heard I can't see me ever really going for it. I think you've really got to be in the mood for her voice.
  14. The Decemberists - The Crane Wife. This is really growing on me now and I think it may well be equal to any of their other albums.
  15. And of course Asparagus makes your piss smell lush!
  16. Was the Scotty Parker thread not enough like
  17. I think the majority of them will say that he has grafted his bollox off in nearly every game he has played for us and although they are disapointed with his actions they accept he is disapointed also and only wants to do well for the club and will allow him the chance to prove that. Of course there are those who still think Dyer should be hung drawn and quartered for not showing enough respect for the captains armband and I expect a few of them will come out with some dickhead actions as soon as they get the chance.
  18. This is highly questionable though at this stage. Go on. The Bramble issue is about much more than the individual incidents, he unsettles the whole defence and the whole team when he decides to act the clown, that lost us the points in both matches. I agree he has cost us and in more games than just those two. But I would say if Carr hadn't fucked up so badly for the first goal we would have comfortably beaten Bolton as they were going nowhere until then.
  19. so you disagree with: -Bramble cost us 3 points against Bolton. -Bramble cost us 3 points against Fulham. -If only we'd had a half decent target man against Charlton, we'd have won the match. Seriously? You jammy git, you just changed that in time! I didn't see the Fulham game so I can't comment (I don't want to take that reputation off Renton ) and I would say that Carr was as least as at fault against Bolton. This is highly questionable though at this stage.
  20. We're 10 points off 6th place in a shite league. Martin O'Neill, Mark Viduka and someone like Upson and we'd easily challenge top 6. Even under Roeder, with this squad, Bramble can take practically 100% of the blame (on the pitch) for 6 points, and a target man would have given us 3 points against Charlton certainly, and most probably against Sheffield United. While some of what you say isn't inaccurate... Could you be more specific about that please, it's pretty much impossible to respond to. You are correct in saying we are ten points off sixth place
  21. Shearwater - Palo Santo Not sure about it tbh.

While some of what you say isn't inaccurate, you also have to remember we have had a piss easy run of games so far. That will change and I'm not so sure that even with the addition of Viduka and Upson we are good enough to do well enough against the better teams to move that far up the table.
