  1. Bolton are doing ok as well but at least away from home it should be a more open game. Lovenkrands did get into some good positions and maybe with more games under him he'd have put those away.
  2. Aye. I think we're becoming too predictable and he could give us that extra dimension. If he has freedom to drift across the centre as well as play on the wing I think he could create chances. But, to make that more effective I think we need a pacey forward to play off Carroll. On Taylor, while the contract remains unsigned, I see no reason to hurry him back in to our plans.
  3. Probably why Nolan AND Carrol might have been the better bet in hindsight. Yeah Id agree and was somewhat surprised he didnt go for that with maybe Guthrie in the centre and Routledge on from the start. Hindsight as you say though.
  4. Just back. Reckon Fulham edged the first half and the second half we were much stronger. Got very frustrating and non winning was certainly not due to a lack of effort. Carroll had a good game but there was no one to pick up his knock ons. Lovenkrands seem to struggle for me and while Ranger was lively, I cant recall him doing much. Jonas was improved second half after a poor first. Guthrie seemed to get sucked inside. Maybe he was told to, Im not sure. Enrique was my MotM. Still viewed as 2 points dropped but we were just missing a bit of luck. We are a bit one dimensional though and I think we need more creativity in the centre or alongside Carroll. At the moment its like stop Carroll and you stop us.
  5. Barney to quote Oz off Auf Wiedesehen Pet, if this was big brother yeed be the first one oot that door! Cheer up man, Fulham 1 in 25 away, the toon, just beat two sides in the top 8, in the last few weeks, Barton will be a miss yes but still everything to be positive about. If Shola is missing I would play Lovenkrands, I know many don't rate him but he offers something different and when he gets the chances his finishing is mint. I'd like to think us wanting to bounce back from Blackburns shite game and Fulhams crap away form will go on our favour and we can win this. Reckon he'll have Nolan behind Carrol though.

    Phone Contracts

If its a verbal contract they may have it recorded. Many companies do that and a verbal contract is binding in this way but there is a cooling off period. Course, you'd have to return the phone

    Phone Contracts

Generally difficult to get out of if you signed up. Was it done over the phone or in a store? If its in a store then it will all be down on paper. They are right about the phone though. Much of the cost of the phone they recoup over the life of the contract. So you cant start a new contract, get the phone and leave. Your best bet might be to bite the bullet and buy and sim free phone and use that. Or claim on your house insurance.

    Nirvana

Aye. Fucking loved them. That and The Real Thing are great. Following on from what HF said my mate at the time reckoned Introduce Yourself was better. I like it but Chuck Moseley's singing man Used to love Faith No More as a young 'un. Struggling to remember the lead vocals but I remember them changing though. Epic, Real Thing, Midlife crisis etc. Fantastic stuff.
  9. Alreet hinny Just the usual shite on here Hows you though? Looking up aye?
  10. I can see that going down well with the regulars Well, get them to buy a bond to safeguard their seat and then move them. Thats the usual way isnt it?
  11. Tbf if they did want to extend the capacity Id rather see a form of safe affordable terracing ideally down the east stand. I also reckon that would attract a lot of supporters whop do not currently go as well as some (like me) that would move.
  12. I sometimes wondered if that could still be left. The road would run under the stadium leaving the shop and bar in place.
  13. Well, you cant extend the east stand due to Leazes Terrace. But also the far end does have the metro station, car park and a road to contend with.
  14. Now that's what I call a pair of hips! Top bombing! Just like they should be, none of these skinny bints
  15. Stay imo. Unless the carrot being dangled was obscene. Hang on, we're on about Mike accepting a bid? Can I change my vote? I think Mike would sell him but he would want to stay.
  16. Go is a bit harsh. Maybe just akin to the "ive had a shitter" training top. Maybe an avatar or signature of shame would suffice.
  17. My eldest is called Sam and was born while the fat headed one was in place. In no way linked though but is a constant reminder to clip the bairn around the head now and again. Also noticed when playing football in the garden with him he has a tendancy to hoof the ball without much thought.
  18. You do know that LM is just a Bot dont you? Programmed to pick up on certain discussions and post one of a couple of standard responses.
  19. I get the idea there will be no appointment until CH's contract is sorted. Kinda understand that, they wont want CH leaving and us being stuck with a no 2 that any new manager didnt want.
  20. Im not sure Ranger is ready like, equally I know Best is back from injury so Id hope he's not tempted there. Not sure why Lovenkrands has been pushed back but he'd be another option. I think though he'd stick with the tried and tested option of pushing Nolan up. I'd like to see Guthrie have a run in the centre as well. I like Routledge it's just a shame his final ball is lacking and doesnt have the penetration Jonas "can" have.
