Ive said no. I do think we need a supporters club. At the moment, the agenda of NUSC seems to be only about the current ownership and ousting it. Long term, Id like to see a line of communication open with the club, but of course that bridge has been burned and trampled on. At the moment it kinda feels like if Ashley and Co left, NUSC would be lost of anything to do. I'd rather they united the fans rather than setting their own agenda and running with it. It also feels like they want every inch of anything MA has put in place gone (people). Yet, I would wager that there will be some structure that he has put in place that is decent. I dunno, just feels like a bit of a witch hunt and while I agree with some of the sentiment, I dont like the tone or manner in which the small voice of NUSC is trying to shout. If NUSC wants me (as a regular fan) to take it seriously, then it has to become more professional and level headed in its operation.

Tbh, every comment thats made is making me think more and more about this set up. TV money is fairly secured for the next few years, gates across the country are not really being impacted. Those that are buying clubs as toys generally have no much money that drops in shares are a drop in the ocean plus as most known, when times are tough like this you need to ride it out and come out stronger. Those that will suffer are those already in a dodgy position financially. But, Im not sure about football.

Though, I would expect them to issue a set of abbreviated accounts to its members to show where the money has gone etc. Or perhaps not to all members, maybe a top tier of members (those who are doing something to help or are giving that bit more (time not just money)). Id be careful about trying to "get one up" on the club though, despite the current regime. Let me guess, you read that Ashley said unless he came in the club would sink (a claim dismissed by the previous owners), yeah, because everything MA said was true wasn't it I remember looking at your accounts a few years back under Shepherd. You gearing was terminal and you were carrying a mountainous overdraft that could have been called in at any time. Anybody who knows about finance knows that debt should be manageable and structured. Having a Overdraft at 17% rather than a loan at 5% tells me that the markets were no longer willing to lend to NUFC as a long term concern. I doubt many of you understand the above but in short it was a recipe for disaster. I know all about gearing But, I'm not saying the finances or the structuring of the debt was good, I'm disputing your suggestion we were about to go into administration (and hence the -10 points or no club statement).

It looks decent a first glance, though Id say the entries are a bit random, abd you have the cardinal sin of having a smiley in one of yours posts.

What ever you do, next time you go to print, lessen the use of exclamation marks. Yes they emphasise a point, but overuse also looks childish. Id imagine alot of the money covers costs (if they need to meet, the use of a room, printing, postage, stationary, telephones and so on), plus its a years costs so that could mount up. I'll be signing up like, was waiting to hear more first though.

Pretty much my feelings. Keegan leaving his role only highlighted what we suspected and other issues. I think it made Ashley show his true colours and the rest of his rabble. I dont think this has ever "really" been about KK, its about everything else that KK being in place was hiding.
