Aye its all going on like .....

Rocky Balboa - Shite. Very little to get involved in. The poor build up to a meaningless fight. The fact the lip sinc. went towards the end didnt help either Apocalypto - Sounds like a lolly, but was actually pretty good. Action kinda flick that kept you entertained throughout. Not a very deep plot, so it was easy to watch. But, worth seeing.

Id like a radio link if anyone has one cheers.

I dont think anyone cany deny that it was Hall who propelled the club from potential obscurity into a top premiership club for near a decade. That he got his money back and some is irrelevant. That the family may now be seen to leech from the club is a different issue.

Think I might take the Friday of next week and the Monday of the following week off and just have myself a long lazy weekend to make up for having been in last week. Just so you know. Hmm, in the UK.. dunno, Ive been around a fair bit of it, though naturally will be loads of stuff I aint seen yet. Maybe going up the highlands or over to Ireland to somewhere like Cork. In Europe, I'd maybe like to see the less obvious places that Ive been to, perhaps somewhere like Romania. I would like to go up to trhe Fyords (sp?) though maybe on a cruise., take in things like the northern lights up past Trondheim and around the top of Finland. In the world, Id still like to see Japan, New Zealand, Aus, NYC & Canada.

Pah! Come back when you actually have to work the important days Wah wah wah. I actually feel a lot happier today having worked last week. Normally I'm suicidal on the first day back after the Christmas holiday. I still hate watching stuff I've taped and having to see the ads for what's coming up on Christmas Day and that though. Speaking of suicidal, I see there was a jumper on the tyne bridge in the early hours of new years day. I went past at around 4AM seeing some lass straddling the barrier with a few police cars around. I'm back to work today as well .. dont feel that bad like.

Yeah the atmosphere was up and down. Man U fans were canny at the start. but when we scored they were silent until they levelled and after we got our second I barely heard a squeek. We went that much better. For a while after we scored and so on. fairly avarage Id say. Though the point is a good point, and milners goal looked a cracker, I thought we actually stood off them too much and Dyer seemed to be pulled into the centre leaving us little down the right. I also thought we gave the ball away too cheaply too often. Well done the back four though, have to get a mention for doing as well as they did. Both goals Id put down to as I said, not closing down and giving too much time on the ball.

Got some cannt stuff to get my teeth into from today. A Shearer Bok thing, plus a general footy greats thing, a cracking guitar book (includes greats such as Gilmore, Prince, and various Blues), and a local history one. Last but not least, flanimals Aye, you're getting my range of literature now Oh and erm .... hic!

LB has to be the priority. Id also not play Emre on the left where I tihnk he is ineffective compared to the centre. We need a new CB as while Taylor and Ramage have been "ok", we know Moore is on his way and Bramble can be good / awful. Who knows if he is to get a new contract. Maybe we're seeing if we bring in a replacement. After that, surely a new RB is needed. Carr is average at best and while Nobby has been doing his best, its not an ideal situation. Midfield I reckon is fine. Even with the injuries we have, we can still field a decent midfield. Dyer / Milner / Duff / Zog for the wings with Emtre, Parker or Butt in the centre. Up front, we then just need someone to play with Martins. This said, I realise we cant just go out and spend big and bring all of these in, so it may mean using Dyer up front with Martins and of course Sib. So, defence is the priority for me, starting at LB. Oh, and get rid of Luque

Plus he comes here with a trade. So he'd probably be allowed in, green card style.
