  1. James Blake's new album The colour in anything.
  2. The Mysterious Cities of Gold. Watching that with my eldest, despite being very dated the story is amazing.
  3. If you fancy seeing them in Iceland, maybe we could get funding for this ticket from somewhere. http://secretsolstice.is/the-worlds-first-million-dollar-festival-ticket/
  4. A quick nip of k before bedtime
  5. Those CityJet planes they use are old as the hills. Sounds like the plane got lost. About to board an AF flight so I can ask the pilot for you Dave. I'll let them know it's you asking.
  6. From Reddit "Dad can you tell us the story about when Leicester won the league? Well son it all started when Nigel Pearson's son racially abused a Thai hooker whilst getting a rim job"

    Uber

'So I'm gonna take a minute and walk her to her Uber Got a bullet in my heart and she's the shooter' There's a good Long Read on Uber in the guardian today.
  9. Phil McNulty is a cunt. However, when he says the fans wouldnt have given him credit, he is just being factual. He is still a cunt though and that needs pointing out to him with cuntishness on the x axis and him on the y axis.
  10. The dancing on the piano at the end reminds me of a young me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEI8LLnXX2k

  12. Views on RD seem very mixed to me, half people swear by it others reckon its shit. I think the set up makes a difference somehow.
  13. Just as money orientated as Dr G, Strawbs, ewerk and Meenzer etc who opt for the separate accounts and one joint for joint expenditure. Which is what i was thinking seemed reasonable. Not made my decision yet but thanks for the input previously! You have no idea how much money i have or what i earn so i could be money orientated or massively generous, you cant really make that judgement with the information you've got.
  14. Splitting up in the future. Its horrible to say it but its a consideration. She has wealth, i have capital and my income is 3 times higher. Her wealth means she wont need to worry about anything whether we are together or not. My background is very modest, so if we split, i would prefer to be able to build my own capital by retaining my extra income and putting it into assets in my name. Its not easy as stuff like that gets you cold shoulders and a frosty handjob at best.
  15. Zen master! I'd be livid if some Doris was spending beyond what she earned because of my income and then divorced me. Not that that is the issue here but hats off to the attitude.
  16. Having kids together and buying a house but because you don't have everything in a joint account your commitment is under question? I take your point but am not sure the suggestion is that. I am not decided yet anyway so appreciate the point of view.
  17. This is how i think about it too. Who pays off the credit card for food?
