The problem with the farmers IHT appears to be that their relatively uneconomic land is ludicrously overpriced. Would it be possible that agricultural land prices have been artificially inflated by the likes of Ckarkson hiding his wealth in these tax free holdings?… irony isn’t a strong enough word for that really.
