Players you thought were good but turned out to be fat

not a bad footballer tho. -
Class bit of grafitti I remember from when I was a youngun is 'Brunswick Glue'. hehe I remember a lot of kids sucking on gas bottles in them days too. that was rife round by the school i was at at the time. one complete fuckwit thought he was a right toughnut whilst gassed up. remember him swinging for me, missing by miles, literally slo mo. very odd.

you forgot Marcelinho.
-
Really enjoyed that. good watch.
-
shame about dyers attitude. always thought Phillipe Albert was an unknown before he turned up. less of a defender, more of a deep lying forward! remember that goal against man utd when we beat them 5-0.
-
never a good look that one. pretty average, at best. what was he thinking.
-
not bad, but not great.

Gazza reveals his regret over St James' exit

seems strange that the most talented central midfielder we've ever had, was so susceptible to his twattish mates. now he's a mess. a completely off his head moron. its all a bit sad. -
Could not give a shit about this lot.
-
despite his obvious girth, he was a decent politician.

Where are scotland getting their goals from again? ireland will snuff out their midfield and rely on keane and doyle upfront. They have much the better forward line.

Jesus Kevin, do you ever think before posting shit like this online.

----------------Harper Simpson Williamson Colo Enrique ----------Barton - Tiote Routledge - Ben arfa - Jonas -------------Carroll use smith instead of barton when he's injured, or Guthrie. We are horribly exposed at right back btw. none of the 3 that are there are any where near good enough. when leading any of the bigger teams i'd put campbell on as he's still got enough experience. though whether his shorts would fit is another point. fat fucker...

depends on who you are talking about. the poles go through a fuckload of vodka. i'm a weekend drinker, nothing more nothing less.... some friends of mine are on the sauce all week long, fucking bozo's.

"no bigger cunt in the game than...."

Him, not keegan was our best manager of the last 20 years. if he was given the same relative budgets and support, i reckon we could have cracked the top 2 again.
-
that can't be right, us londoners put a shitload of booze away. i don't but most do round where i am.
-
if we are winning against the weaker teams then i have very little doubt he'll be ok. its the 3-0 losses against the arsenals and chelseas that i think we might see a darker side (if it happens of course).

peter saville designed this. the guy behind a lot of factory records advertising during the 70's and 80's ( blue monday 12" being his most famous one). what on earth was he thinking, its shit. still at least theres no gurning EBJT involved....

He hasn't been so good the last couple of years. He's still a world class player, one I only thought the big three could sign. Apparently a fee was agreed with FC Bayern Munchen yesterday of £18m, but today he's going to Spurs for £8m. He's not that good anymore, he had one bad injury at Hsv (ankle ligaments - which we both know players never fully recover from). He's slowed down a bit and losing his hair and he wasn't part of Pellegrini's plans in 2009 at Madrid and was told so. Only played 70 games (out of 120) at Hsv in 3 years. He's not the player he was back in 2006/07 and unless he has a worker/minder in the side with him in midfield he isn't that effective. Infact the PL (high tempo) is the worst place he could have come, would have been better to nip back ot the easy Eredivisie. Still a very good passer and connecting midfielder, as good as Modric without the horror movie looks. Parky prediction - will have some good games and the odd 'wow' game, but will fade from Harry's plans within a year or so. Harry is doing his usual trick of buying the players he fancies without bothering to move on any of the old ones. He then goes off those ones and buys some more. He's like a kid in the sweety shop who can't decide what he wants. Without a chairman with brass balls to rein in his spending, his clubs end up with a huge squad and presumably a huge wage bill to match. I think he's left both Portsmouth and Southampton down the shitter through doing this. FYP There is a stink about Harry, and I'm not talking about the jellied eels. That's why he won't get near the Englun job imo. Harry "I'm a fuking football manager" Redknapp!! Harry I'm a jowl faced tax dodging cunt more like, who gets the ragtops to lick his balls. anyone thats done neuro linguistic programming will know his face was actually giving the game away when he was getting questioned for tax evasion. more twiches than someon with a severe case of the twitches....

I can't honestly think of any other reason to turn down Milan and Werder Bremen...was there anyone else?..Liverpool?..hate saying it, but they're all more attractive than us at the moment. And didnt his agent say that they were told to find a new club (i.e. us) and he wasn't allowed to go because Milan wanted to pay cash now rather than a loan? It all points to us offering the most dosh for me. We're paying some players 50k+ a week. No player coming in is reportedly on more than 25k. But Mike Ashley could also say the moon is made of green cheese and it would be about as truthful coming from that fuckers gob. He didn't turn down Milan, they are bidding for Robinho. Werder Bremen have too many quality mf's and they couldn't guarantee him a first team place, which is what I belive what CH has. I also believe he single mindedly wanted to come here. He is a bit mad. Very possibly mad, but i think there is quite a bit of thought applied in what he's done. he knows necastle utd don't have any star players ( and really, trust me we do not). its down to how he applies himself. he has the talent and if we can get the best out of him over the next few months we will be safe (and he would be our star man). I just hope he doesn't cop a strop.

a lot of money for a rather limited player...
-
Really..... poor lad. thats no way to end your career!
-
he plays on the left side of the forward line, or in a free role. kind of like a second striker. this is ben arfa by the way. he's much more mobile than nolan, so i'd drop him for ben arfa.
