  1. I agree he wasnt/isn't as big a cunt but stand by him knowing fuck all about football and being in it for the wrong reasons.
  2. Hall was just another Ashley who knew fuck all about football. Like his sporting club stuff - why the fuck would I go and watch ice hockey or basketball just because they were affiliates?
  3. I think there was an even worse option than that - it was mooted to share their first draft of a new stadium at Sunderland "Airport" in Washington.
  4. Has PL owned up to his idiocy yet?
  5. Gary Shaw is the bloke next to Brian Little as well
  6. Yeah, that conk on Cowans is more like it.
  7. Thought Cowans had an even bigger conk that that in his playing days....
  8. ErnieTaylor? Might not be old enough but I know he played for the Mancs post-Munich.
  9. West Ham were fucking shit - possibly the worst we've played so far.
  10. The media have built him up as this likeable buffoon which he's probably bought into as well. They seem to think it's a wildly held view but I guess we'll see.
  11. Labour are second in mine but the only chance of them winning is if a lot of tories vote for the Brexit party and lib dems have the sense to vote Labour. In other words tory banker.
  12. Turgid dross again for the most part. Though if that's a red then I'm looking forward to some kind of super VAR giving Alonso 3 reds for kicking Yedlin last week and cancelling his goal.
  13. I suppose there may be movement after the 31st at least as they may be thinking its another humiliation for him if it goes that far.
  14. Well then the "vote lib dem, get a tory government" pov applies more than ever given their current position.
  15. One of the reasons I'd favour an election after it's "sorted" is that it could then be more of a "normal" election which I think suits Labour - if theres still too many people voting over Brexit then it favours the Tories both ways (staunch leavers and bitter remainers voting LD).
  16. Some of the polls look depressing for Labour so I can understand the hesitancy but they were a lot worse last time. I don't think Johnson will be as shit as May at campaigning but then again I think he's more instinctively disliked by people as well. I think it will come down to how people who still think there's a chance of remain vote - if too many vote for the lib dems then the Tories will romp home imo.
  17. It keeps being said that it would and I don't get it - GEs can take 6 weeks and I don't see any difference.

I have a Garmin for data and they do have plans as far as I know but I haven't tried any.
  19. Isn't a permanent CU a good thing for NI failing anything better?
  20. I've been thinking that either way there's going to be people left bitter and resentful about this for years to come - "fighting like a Japanese soldier" is a great metaphor.
  21. Thing is for a second vote, recent polls have been almost all 50/50 give or take.
  22. Been on holiday for a fortnight and started watching Lucifer which is canny. The crime bits are a bit simplistic but the other side to the story is quite inventive.
  23. I suggested a few pages back he'd send the letter and then send another saying please ignore it - I think the view was that would be illegal. I didn't see the fucking big baby not signing it and sending ihe ignore at the same time but still....
  24. A couple of NEC members have said any deal backers will be replaced as candidates for the GE.
