Chance there for Best on the boot as well. Not an easy one mind. SHould be his lucky day cause it looks like a bird has shat on his head.

0-0 at half time. We were clearly the better team, but they had one extremely good chance that they should have scored off, and we look disorganised at the back for their set pieces.

We should have scored off at least one of Enrique's great balls into the area.

6' What a run from Enrique! The left back flies down the flank before driving a low cross into the six-yard box, but Nolan slides agonisingly short of turning the ball into the net!

14' Enrique dispossesses Santa Cruz before providing a quite stunning long ball through to Lovenkrands, who lofts a lob over Robinson, only for the ball to dip on to the bar!

19' Enrique looks by far the best player on the pitch, and he forces his way down the left once more before drilling a cross to the back post.

34' Salgado loses the ball to Enrique, who produces yet another pacey run and precise cross into the box, but Best cannot latch on to the delivery.

39' It's that man again: Enrique gets down the left at pace before whipping over a devilish delivery, but Robinson does well to dive at the feet of Lovenkrands and claim the ball!

What were you saying in the other thread CT? :icon_lol:

Without being brilliant we have been the better team, and by some distance.

Really showing now that we've got fuck all upfront.

Just gotta keep turning the screw and if we get an early goal second half they could collapse.

Enrique and Tiote looking our best players...AGAIN. Barton and Nolan need to get into the game a bit more.

Kuqi on to score the winner against his old club?
