Hong Kong. My Dad was in the forces and was posted there in the seventies for a couple of years when it was our colony. I didn't move back here till I was nearly two.

Hop Sing, tbh.

Why you cheeky fucka, you. Me Mam took me to see her my Granny for the first time when I was about two. My Mam's side were from Belfast. Belfast had no foreigners in them days. All the kids in the street wanted to see the 'chinkie kid/Hong Kong Phooey' as Bruce Lee was all the rage when I was born. Apparently they were gutted when they seen this white baby looking back up at them. :o

I was born where I live now, in Poole, Dorset. Why I support Newcastle United is a long and mostly very dull story

Looks and sounds like Ally Fraser from Auf Weidersehen Pet. 100%. :gettin:

So you'll have a Chinese passport as well then? Thinking aboot it, you could've played for China in the 2002 World Cup as well. Even if you were 5ft8 yed be like their Peter Crouch.

Bryan Robson was born 5 miles away from Sir Bobby Robson tbh! So we might have to bring it down to the nearest millimetre.

Besides having lived in Chester-le-Street it's pretty much 50/50.

Me missus was from Breedon on the Hill, not too far from Derby. Whenever 'home' used to make the token visits to see her family and if in the cards would go to the Baseball ground to see Derby Co.

Took the wife and went to see Derby v Man. Utd. Derby fans were giving Bryan Robson some stick calling him a Geordie bastard. The wife asked if he was from Newcastle and I said no. Go figure

No Chinese passport, mate.

I probably still could've played for them under FIFA rules. England, Northern Ireland or Hong Kong/China. (It's 5"9 or 10)

I would've been Clouch, surely?

When I was younger and lived with me folks, I'd go out on the piss, and on the home would sometimes get a chinkees. Well the chinkees on Sutton Street had a calender with pictures of Hong Kong, cue me mortal drunk gannin' in, "Hoo! See that? Ah was born there, y'knaa" Of course they knew, because every time I was mortal I'd go in and say the same thing. :crylaughin:

Nice video.

What it doesnt show is Miradhina launching a kunG fu kick into Dave Beasants back as they came off the field at full time. :o

Me and our lass were stuck behind two huge stinky Brazillians during that game and I had to keep hoiking here up so she could see.

If you also look at 4.31 mins in, Im sure you you see that Giant in the gallowgate that I was on about in the other thread to LTB

That was the Cup game later in the season when we lost 1-3 was 5th roond or QF. I cried all the way home, we REALLY, REALLY could've won the cup that year, 5th roond it was we only needed to beat Watford and Luton and we were in the final.

I'd say the poll results show the saying 'anywhere you go, you'll always meet a Newcastle fan' (If that's a saying ...) is true.

Don't think I've ever met a Welsh, United fan. Has anyone?

Well my Dad and Nan were born in Wales...so nearly :o Grandad was born in County Cork.

I was born in Torbay Hospital, Torquay.

Apparently the away end at Swansea and Plymouth last season were full of Welsh Mags. But have never met one out and about.

Was born in Brussels and lived there for a while cos of my Dad's work.
